Meet Bane! Bane is a sweet, loving male pit bull mix who showed up on our porch in April. He quickly became part of our family and has shown us what a wonderful dog he can be. He loves playing, affection, and being around his humans, and he has so much love to give. Unfortunately, Bane has had ongoing difficulty getting along with our other male dog. We have tried to make the situation work, but we’ve realized that our home is not the right environment for him long-term. We believe Bane would thrive in a home where he can be the only dog, or with an experienced owner who can carefully assess his compatibility with other animals. This decision is incredibly difficult because Bane is truly a great dog. We are looking for someone who will be patient with him, give him the love and stability he deserves, and make him a part of their family for good. Bane has so much potential to be an amazing companion, and we just want to find the forever home that is right for him.

Meet Bane! Bane is a sweet, loving male pit bull mix who showed up on our porch in April. He quickly became part of our family and has shown us what a wonderful dog he can be. Story
Totoro is part of a litter of 4 born around September 10, 2026. We do not know his breed mix and cannot guarantee an adult size. His mother is roughly 20 lbs. fully grown. Based on that and his current size, we believe he will be a smaller sized dog when full grown (~20 lb range). He has a thick, curly coat that may require regular grooming as he grows. Totoro currently lives in a foster home with his brother Tanuki, two resident dogs, and older children with small dog experience. He so far prefers the company of the people in the household to the company of the dogs, though he has not shown any fear or aggression towards the resident dogs. Given his tiny size, Totoro is very used to being picked up and carried around, as well as snuggling on furniture or laps. When not in arms, he tends to follow people or cry to be put on furniture so he can snuggle. This behavior will likely change as he grows and goes through typical puppy phases. Totoro currently sleeps through the night in a crate beside his brother and is learning to potty outside and on a pee pad. Like all puppies, he will need patience and consistent training to reach his full potential! Totoro’s ideal home would include people who want to pick him up and snuggle him, comfy furniture, and at least one tug rope. If his future home has other dogs, he will need a slow introduction to get comfortable and feel safe. Totoro is a happy little snuggly boy ready to find his people!

Tanuki is part of a litter of 4 born around September 10, 2026. We do not know his breed mix and cannot guarantee an adult size. His mother is roughly 20 lbs. fully grown. Based on that and his current size, we believe he will be a smaller-sized dog when fully grown (~20 lb range). Current pictures will show that his hair is thin in many areas. Tanuki’s litter suffered a major flea infestation when very small, and while all fleas are long gone, Tanuki ended up with hair loss from the bites. His skin is healing, and he will likely grow his full coat back. Tanuki currently lives in a foster home with his brother Totoro, two resident dogs, and older children with small dog experience. He gets along with everyone in the household, enjoying snuggles and pets, playing with the adult dogs, and following people around for attention. Given his tiny size, Tanuki is very used to being picked up and carried around, as well as snuggling on furniture or laps. While he is perfectly happy to be held and carried, he is also a curious and playful boy who enjoys running around a yard and finding sticks and leaves. His current favorite toy is a tug rope longer than he is that he drags around or uses with his brother to play tug. Tanuki currently sleeps through the night in a crate beside his brother and is learning to potty outside and on a pee pad. Like all puppies, he will need patience and consistent training to reach his full potential! Tanuki’s ideal home would include comfy furniture, lots of toys, and access to a dog playmate. He would like at least one person to absolutely love him, play with him, and carry him around. As much as he loves playtime in the yard and chasing leaves, Tanuki very much enjoys a lap and a good back rub!

Meet Tootsie! Tiny girl, BIG love! Tootsie may have been the tiniest of her litter, but she has a heart overflowing with love! This sweet little girl is a professional snuggler and an expert at giving the sweetest puppy kisses to her favorite humans. She loves playing with her foster siblings and is happiest when she can curl up beside them for a cozy nap. Her favorite activities include playing with tiny stuffy toys, having mini tug-of-war competitions, and soaking up all the snuggles she can get. Tootsie also loves being carried around in her little carrier, staying close to her human wherever the day takes them. She’s a little companion who just wants to be part of everything! She is still very much a baby and will need a family ready to teach her all the important lessons she needs to learn to be her best self. Because she will likely be a small gal, her new family needs to be aware of how to properly handle and care for a dog her tiny size (especially homes with children). If you’re looking for a tiny best friend with a big personality, endless affection, and plenty of puppy kisses to share, Tootsie might just be your girl! Her motto: Small paws, big kisses, and a whole lot of love!

Lilly is a very sweet loving little girl. She needs a family that will give her lots of affection and loads of attention. We are not able to do this because we have had to take on 2 and 3 jobs in our house hold and she does not deserve to be locked up in a kennel all day. She loves to run around and play tug a war. She loves sleeping with her forever friend as well. She snores at times too but not loudly. It’s cute.

Meet Winnie - We are re-homing Winnie at no fault of her own. We took on more than we can handle and she is spending too much time alone. Winnie is a VERY happy pup, she loves to play, run, and has been spoiled with cuddles at bedtime. She is still potty training and she has been crate training. She doesn't love the leash but she is making great progress. Her ideal family would have a fenced in space so she can run, she loves sun bathing and laying in the grass. We adopted her through the SPCA so we do not know her exact breed however we believe she is a lab/hound mix of some sort so we believe she will get big! She plays great with our 6 year old and really wants to play with our cats but they are not a big fan ;) She will make a great addition to a family who has the time to play with and train her.She has had her first round of shots and is spayed.
