Story
We found him roaming in the neighborhood, and after feeding him and caring for him, we realized how smart and sweet he is. We posted about him in the Nextdoor app, and though we had two people interested in adopting him, they ultimately decided not to. About Solovino: - Young adult, healthy and neutered. -Crate trained and enjoys his safe space - House-trained and uses the doggy door - Knows commands: sit, stay, shake, and wait - Medium energy: playful but also loves naps - Dog-friendly, though he resource guards food with other dogs (can be managed with training or separate feeding) Solovino would make a fantastic companion for an active family or anyone looking for a loving, playful dog who's eager to learn and bond but also appreciates some quiet time. He's ready to give lots of love!

Story
Flop is about 6 years old, and was rescued from a shelter when he was about 1. His owner, my father in law, passed away in January and my wife and I took him in. He’s a good boy, but we had 2 cats already and we took another cat in as well. 3 cats and as dog is just too much to handle. Especially since we are moving next month. He’s good with people and other dogs, and he loves car rides! He takes a bit to warm up but he’s never been aggressive in any way!

Story
He was 10 months old (2023) when I took him in with a 3 bedroom house with a large fenced-in backyard. In 2025, I unexpectedly needed to downsize and moved to duplex with tiny fenced-in backyard. He has a lot of energy and loves to play. I am unable to give him the exercise he needs. He's too big for this small space and need to rehome him ASAP!!He is a wonderful guard dog who loves attention.

Story
Leroy was rescued from a box with his brothers and sisters that someone left on the side of the road when they were all just born. Leroy had a bad infection on his neck from the previous owner leaving a flea collar on for far too long. We nursed him back to health and he is a strong young adult now. Unfortunately, we have a baby in the home and Leroy is just too playful to be around our son. Leroy is very loyal and protective.

Story
Grace is a calm, gentle, and incredibly steady girl whom we rescued from under an abandoned rent house. She had two puppies when she came to us, and they have found their forever homes. It is now Momma’s turn. Despite her past, she has a soft, trusting nature and a peaceful presence that makes her easy to be around. She’s not loud or high-strung—she prefers to observe, relax, and be near her people. She has been through leash training and does very well; no pulling whatsoever. She is doing very well with obedience training as well. She loves attention and is very people-oriented. She is UTD on vet work and rabies shot, for which you will receive a record. She has been given NexGard and has started working on getting used to baths. She would make an older person a lovely dog, or a first-time dog owner!
