Story
This lovable 5-6 year old pit/mutt and Blue Heeler mix is looking for his forever home. He's mid to large sized, with a mostly white coat and gray spots. He's full of energy and would thrive as a farm dog or with an active family who can keep up with him. He's incredibly friendly and gentle with people, never showing any aggression. His interactions with other animals are unknown, so a meet-and-greet with any resident pets is recommended before adoption. He's up to date on all his shots and has no known health issues. The one area he needs some work on is potty training, so he'd do best with someone patient and willing to put in consistent training time. He's a smart, energetic dog who just needs the right guidance to really shine.

Story
Banjo is a loving 6-year-old boy with the sweetest, most laid-back personality. He loves being outside, running, playing fetch, and snuggling with his people. He’s loyal, affectionate, crate trained, and potty trained. This decision is through no fault of Banjo’s. Our smaller dog has struggled to get along with him, and our oldest dog, who was once his playmate, is now blind and can no longer play with him. We simply want Banjo to have the companionship and attention he deserves. His dream home would be someone who wants a loving companion and ideally a fenced area or farmland where he can run and play.Finding the right home matters more than anything. I’m happy to pay the adoption fee and send him with all the supplies he needs for an easy transition. Our only goal is finding this sweet boy a safe, loving home where he can be happy.

Story
Leroy was rescued from a box with his brothers and sisters that someone left on the side of the road when they were all just born. Leroy had a bad infection on his neck from the previous owner leaving a flea collar on for far too long. We nursed him back to health and he is a strong young adult now. Unfortunately, we have a baby in the home and Leroy is just too playful to be around our son. Leroy is very loyal and protective.

Story
I adopted Poncho in Nov 2024 from my cousin when her house burned down and he needed to be immediately rehomed. Poncho is a very sweet and loving dog. He is house trained and has a great demeanor. I need to rehome him because he isn’t comfortable around small rowdy kids.

Story
This sweet girl came up on our porch. She was shy at first, but hot and thirsty. She warmed up to us quickly, and was very happy for food, water, and to come inside. She rides nicely in the car, and seems to be indifferent to our cats. She hasn't had any accidents in the house, so I think she is house trained. She is good on a leash. Unfortunately, our large pit-husky mix is being very territorial, and it is not safe to have them together. While we would love to keep her, we cannot. But we would love to find her a loving, forever home. We did take her in for her first vet's visit. According to the vet she looks healthy, is about 9 months old, and is probably a mix of pit and either catahoula or Australian shepherd. She got her vaccines, was negative for intestinal parasites, and got a 30-day dose of heartworm/flea/tick/worm prevention treatment.

Story
Halo showed up in the yard with another dog and I’d feed her but she was infested with fleas so we got that fixed and shed rubbed her skin raw on her back from the fleas so we tried to get that fixed that while searching for her parents. She’s a big girl and very smart but needs proper training and seems to be a one person kind of dog but also does well with other dogs so it seems and family members but I’m older and don’t have either. She tolerates cats but isn’t a fan and has an Alfa female temperament. Loves to walk on a leash and seems to heard the pack so to speak. She’s friendly and will make friends with all People. I cannot take care of her like she needs as she is just to big of a dog and needs to be around people all the time. Her best home would be with a family or a single person as well - she’s protective but not aggressive. Shes. She hates baths and water and her favorite thing is to run the fence line with the neighbor dogs. She’s beautiful but needs skin care.
