Story
Opal is the sweetest dog! She is 45 lbs and believes she is a lap dog. She is super affectionate with people and other dogs and is very loyal and protective. She loves to play and is full of energy for a 3 year old dog (est.). She sleeps in the bed with me each night and she absolutely loves going for a ride in my truck. She is an incredible companion, she doesn't chew on the furniture, is house broken, fully vaccinated, and spayed. She requires constant company/supervision though or else she gets bored easily. This brings me to why I have to rehome her. Opal has (had) free reign of the house, to include the back yard by way of a doggie door, while I'm at work. I have a small back yard (approximately 3500 square feet) with a new 6' chainlink fence. When she gets lonely or bored in my absence, she has repeatedly chewed holes through the fence and escaped the yard. She needs constant company, a barrier fence, or property where she run and burn off her energy.

She is a sweet girl. Very food motivated. Will probably do better with a home with older kids or no kids. Gets along with other dogs and cats. Treats are her favorite. Adult dog not elderly but not sure on age.

We found him roaming in the neighborhood, and after feeding him and caring for him, we realized how smart and sweet he is. We posted about him in the Nextdoor app, and though we had two people interested in adopting him, they ultimately decided not to. About Solovino: - Young adult, healthy and neutered. -Crate trained and enjoys his safe space - House-trained and uses the doggy door - Knows commands: sit, stay, shake, and wait - Medium energy: playful but also loves naps - Dog-friendly, though he resource guards food with other dogs (can be managed with training or separate feeding) Solovino would make a fantastic companion for an active family or anyone looking for a loving, playful dog who's eager to learn and bond but also appreciates some quiet time. He's ready to give lots of love!

Story
We had gotten Junior from the shelter about 6 years ago, which we guess he was about 1 at the time, and our bed has not been empty since! He loves to snuggle and we joke that he is a boxer because when we play he prefers to use his paws rather than his mouth. He truly is the sweetest boy and it breaks our hearts that we have struggled keeping him. He will truly make such a fun addition to any family!

Story
Lucy is an older dog we adopted from an abusive home. When we first took her in, she was timid and very shy - holding just about any object in your hand would scare her. As time passed, she has grown bold and her personality shines bright! Lucy is gentle and inquisitive. She loves to snuggle and will stick to you like glue! She has been great with other dogs, even smaller ones, and even with my sister's 1 year old. She understands lots of words and will catch on to your household patterns quickly! Lucy is spayed, house broken, and very obedient once she trusts you. She is pretty low energy affectionate. My wife's health has reached a point where she needs constant care. Ive been in denial about this for a time, but I can't afford vet visits plus my wifes medical bills and prescriptions on just my one income. I find I'm lacking time to take Lucy on walks and lacking funds to keep her flea/tick treatments current. It's a tragedy but we need to find her a good home.
