Story
We adore Yogi, and this is a very difficult decision for our family. We adopted him after unexpectedly losing one of our dogs, and he has brought us so much joy. As our family has grown and life has gotten busier, we’ve realized he deserves more time and attention than we can give him.Yogi is sweet, affectionate, and active. He loves fetch, walks, car rides (especially trips to Colorado!), and cuddling. He’s crate trained, attends daycare, gets along well with other dogs, and has been wonderful with our young children. He’ll come with his crate and bed.Yogi does have a chronic GI condition that is well managed with a prescription diet and no treats. He also drinks a lot of water, so he benefits from regular potty breaks. We’re committed to finding him a loving home where he’ll get the time and attention he deserves.

Story
Meet Petey! 🐾❤️ Petey is a sweet, resilient girl who is ready to find a loving foster or forever home. She was found on the side of the road and has since been fully vetted and nursed back to health. Now she’s healthy, happy, and ready for a fresh start. Despite her rough beginning, Petey has a gentle, loving personality. She enjoys being around people and is eager to give and receive affection. She has so much love to offer and deserves a family that will give her the attention, patience, and care she’s been waiting for. Petey is looking for a home where she can continue to blossom and be treated like the cherished companion she is. You’ll be giving an incredible dog the second chance she truly deserves.

Story
This sweet little girl wandered into our backyard. She was more than likely abandoned after we have searched extensively for her family. She was definitely someone’s pet previously. She was clean, well mannered and social. She is potty trained (no house accidents!). She is so great with kids as well! She aims to please, is extremely obedient and is smart! She would be a dream for a family. She just wants to be loved and nourished! I’m personally allergic to all dogs that are not hypoallergenic or I would keep her myself.

Story
Buddy is my dad’s dog. My dad has Alzheimer’s and he and my mom are moving on Sept 1 from the country (i will be around until at least the fourth), where buddy has had mostly free rein to wander about, to a smaller home in what is basically a trailer park. Because we don’t live in town, we can’t surrender him to our local shelter and every other shelter that I’ve contacted are at capacity. I believe he is 5 years old, his mother was a mixed breed but resembled a small German shepherd, his dad was a mixed breed pit, if I remember right. He is good with most dogs but was very aggressive towards my brother’s male dog especially when either my dog (f) or another female dog was around, to the point we had to keep them separate at all times (both my brother’s dog and mine passed earlier this year, and we have a male and female dog that Buddy gets along with fine, and he’s never bothered my mother’s chihuahuas). I think he’d be best out in the country, he’s never been on a leash.

Story
Leroy was rescued from a box with his brothers and sisters that someone left on the side of the road when they were all just born. Leroy had a bad infection on his neck from the previous owner leaving a flea collar on for far too long. We nursed him back to health and he is a strong young adult now. Unfortunately, we have a baby in the home and Leroy is just too playful to be around our son. Leroy is very loyal and protective.
