Story
Hello My father recently suffered a stroke and is now in a nursing home. Sadly, he can no longer care for his beloved dog, Keegan. Keegan is a black terrier mix, about 15 pounds, house-trained, and very affectionate. He’s been a loyal companion and deserves a loving home where he can continue to thrive. If you or someone you know might be able to take him in—or if you can help spread the word—please reach out to me. We’re hoping to find him a safe and caring home as soon as possible. Thank you so much for your support.

Story
We found this young man in the park behind our neighborhood he was dumped in our neighborhood over a week ago, he is very sweet and has no issues with dogs or cats (we currently have both in the house with him) and he doesn't have any issues with people either. He listens very well, very sweet, gives kisses and has already learned how to sit (very smart). He is looking for his forever home. I will be supplying a kennel (if needed), harness, leash, and a full bag of the dog food we are currently feeding him.

Story
When I first fostered Dior, she was underweight, scared, and unsure after coming from a neglectful home. It wasn’t easy, but with time, love, and patience, she healed — finding joy in running and comfort in cuddles. Unfortunately, due to a loss of employment, I can no longer provide the stable life she deserves. Letting her go is incredibly hard, but I know she has so much love left to give to the right family. Dior will always hold a special place in my heart.

Story
approximately 4yrs old, was found abandoned on the highway as a young dog summer of 2021. He started out with a single owner and is now in the home with a family, two children one age 5 year the other 1 month, and the other dog mentioned below. We believe Wetzel belongs in a home with a single owner with no children or male dogs his size - he does well with female dogs after introduction. He does not do well with crowds/house full of visitors or chickens. He has been around cats and doesn’t seem to interact with them. When we have company over he gets anxious, barks (hard to settle) & is capable of nipping. He has nipped at 5yr old for holding on to his collar to lead him in the house. When he nips he does not express aggression, does not bare teeth or growl, does not draw blood or leave bite marks. We believe he is nervous & does it out of fear but we’re not experts on dog behavior.
