Totally sweet & gorgeous two-year old Merilee is ready for her active forever family! Merilee is affectionate and very friendly towards people and dogs alike. She loves to play with other dogs and will be a great candidate for dogie day care. Merilee knows her basic commands and is house trained and crate trained . She would love a daily walk and really loves to be outdoors. A weekend hike or outing would make her super happy too! Merilee is athletic and might be a good candidate for agility?! She is very smart, easily trainable and will make you laugh with her cutest faces and moves. Merilee is comfortable in your home and would make a great play partner too if you have a resident dog. Lady is having a stroke of bad luck. Her owner has had legal problems and left her with the shelter but came back for her. Now the owner needs to travel across country for help and there was no one to take care of Lady. She arrived to the shelter on 5/11. Lady is 3 years old and weighs in at 47 pounds. She knows to sit, stay, shake and lay down when asked. It is reported that she is house trained, good with dogs and children. Lady is beauty, brains and heart. She checks a lot of boxes and has lots of love to give to a new family. Would you give this girl a chance at happily ever after? Ask for ID# 9931 Run 853. She is spayed and will be micro-chipped upon adoption. She has tested negative for heart worm. Note - all the listings on Friends of Shelter Animals for Cobb are done by volunteers.
