She is a really low-key companion. Happy to share the couch with you. But she shared a little too much dinner with mom so now she's on a diet and cannot have chicken. She has been to obedience class and it made a world of difference for her. She feels more comfortable to have structure and a predictable, consistent environment. We'd really love to find a peaceful retirement for Lola. Age: 8 years Weight: 100 but she is on a diet now Temperament: Gets along with calm adults Training: Housetrained, has obedience training. Be still my heart! Is there anything more stunning than a brindle coat? So many colors, so many patterns and not an ugly one in the bunch! Night Vision and Sonar are two of those awesome brindles, with Night Vision being black brindle and Sonar being brown brindle. These two were found as strays but never reclaimed. Of course we cannot be 100% sure of their breed without testing, but Plot hound seems the best bet. Night Vision has stunning blue eyes. At only 3 months, they are already almost 20 pounds, so they will be on the large side! Come and meet Night Vision and Sonar 11 to 4 Tuesday through Saturday. They are neutered, microchipped and started on core vaccines.

Piper is high energy, loyal and affectionate with family, friendly, sociable, playful, gentle, interactive, personable, loves children, other dogs & cats. She has stamina for long trails, and is intelligent. She loves running and playing in the yard. Meet Rowan! Rowan is a 4-year-old, 30-pound Plot Hound mix with the sweetest heart. He first came to the shelter in 2021, was adopted and returned in 2022, then adopted again and recently returned in 2025 due to his owner’s medical issues. Despite all the ups and downs, Rowan has remained a loving, gentle soul. He’s a true lap dog who wants nothing more than to cuddle and shower you with affection. While he may be a little shy at first, once he warms up, he’s all love and loyalty. Rowan is not only sweet and lovable—he’s an absolute cutie who’s ready to finally find his forever home.
