Meet Piper. This sweet girl is looking for a new home. Piper loves kids! She also loves belly rubs and going for walks. Piper is a tad shy at first but, warms up quickly and becomes very affectionate. She also gets along with other dogs. We do not know what she thinks of cats. Piper ios about 9 months old and 37 pounds. Please help Piper find her forever home. Update: Piper tested positive for Lyme's. She is on a course of oral antibiotic which will be sent home with her new family for completion. Piper is still currently available for adoption. We do NOT ship our animals. All adoptive families must travel to us to meet their adoptive dog/cat. Applicants must live within a 2 hour radius from Sparta/Andover (07871/07821). Please understand that we are an animal shelter and thus unable to say whether the dogs are housebroken as they are not in homes. Handsome and elegant, that's how they describe Stanley who was found as a stray with an old eye injury that doesn't slow him down. He is very well-trained and completed a board & train program. Stanley's professional training comes with lifetime follow-ups if needed. Stanley loves going for rides in the car if you'd like company. This boy would do best with an owner that will provide him with the structure to which he has become accustomed.  He loves the outdoors and is excellent on a leash. He would be a great dog to take on your outdoor adventures and he especially loves to go on long hikes! When it comes to other dogs, he seems to prefer female over male dogs. He does get along with cats though. Stanley is 5 years old and weighs 55 pounds. He is up to date on vaccinations, neutered, and microchipped. He is ready to move in if you'll have him! Callie’s old owner was going to leave her tied up at a park because she had tested positive for heartworm, but the owner didn't want to treat her for this curable condition. A kind person told the owner that she would take Callie in and get her the treatment she needs to get her the home she deserves. Callie is a 2-year-old mixed breed who is up to date on vaccines, has been spayed and is on preventatives. This sweet girl does well around dogs and cats. She loves to play and be around everyone! Sweet Tiger Lilly was abandoned. We had to gain her trust to catch her. She completely blossomed once she knew she was safe. She is a happy bouncy girl! She would make a great agility pup! She loves other dogs and doesn't mind cats at all. She loves to have friends to play with! She is also child friendly. Housebroken Crate trained and looking for her furever family! We are a southern rescue that sends many of our dogs to wonderful families in our Northern network. We use a transport company that brings the babies up which is included in the adoption fee.

This handsome boy is content in life, whether just laying back on the couch or going out on a long hike he'll always be there to enjoy life with you, comfort in your presence, and love you unconditionally, in exchange for some scritches. Camo is not vocal. He has never barked. You'll only ever hear him softly whining when he wants to meet a dog across the street, or when he yawns good morning to you while giving you a big stretch. Camo is extremely well-behaved and well-trained both indoors and outdoors. Loves sunbathing, you will always find him sleeping where the sun is. He is very quiet but attentive, especially to his main human. Not fussy in any aspect, whether food, treats, toys, or the places he sleeps, he just wants love, head scratches, and butt pats. Very obedient and patient. Extremely food/treat motivated. Easily trainable. Will wait for permission on entryways & stairs. Trained to be easily groomed and cleaned.
