Story
Welcome Zeus to CCPAL Foster Program. Zeus is a 18-month old 70 pound Plot Hound/Medium Terrier blend dog. He was abandonded by his owners when they moved and left him at the house they moved from. He was tied up to the porch. Good Samaritans spotted him and were feeding him and giving him water until they realized the owners weren’t coming back. Zeus is now in foster home waiting for his new forever home. He is great on a leash and not leash reactive. He is good in a crate and he likes car rides. He is attentive, smart and potty trained. He is overall a wonderful dog and is not food aggressive or reactive with his bowl. He would make a wonderful outdoor enthusiast a great companion. He would make a perfect man dog. He looks tough but he is not at all how he looks. He would make a great family dog if the man works out of the house. His looks would make the family feel secure even if he loves everyone. He is a lower shedding dog with a nice soft coat. He is healthy, vaccinated and neutered. He is currently in Texas and can be adopted locally in Texas. We can work with one of the wonderful transporters to get him to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. His adoption fee is 400 and transport is 200. Rhode Island and Massachusetts are not states we adopt to because of the regulations imposed by these states. Contact Marlene at 210-867-1769 or email ccpalinquiries@gmail.com if you have questions. Story
Hi there, Felipe is my name,That is a pretty big name for a little puppy. I am still shy but once I know some of the dogs I live with, I love to play. I am still working on my confidence. As with most puppies I love to play with toys. That could mean a rope, a plastic bottle, a ball, or a branch off a tree. I am not too picky. I still like to sleep after I play.I like to spend time outside, but it is nice to come into the house too. I know that I must do my business outside but sometimes I still forget. I am working on it.I am a cuddle bug and I give good kisses and there is nothing better than a good belly rub.If you are looking for a puppy that you can help train to be the best dog ever, then I am your guy. Just fill in the application and we can meet on a Zoom call.Lots of love to give,Felipe To get more information go to https://hope4lapawz.org/adopt and click on the dog's photo. Story
Rosita is a silky, soft, very sweet puppy. She gives gentle kisses and she’s very tolerant with kids. Rosita is 3 months old, 14 lbs, and we think she is a terrier and lab mix, but with rescue it's a bit of a guess. We do know that her mom is an adorable and sweet, white wire-haired terrier that weighs about 30 lbs, but we don't know who the daddy is. Rosita is described by her foster mom as one of the leaders of the litter. She is smart, independent, sassy, and brave. She is curious to investigate new places and things. Rosita is absolutely adorable, and has the sweetest puppy eyes. See her here: https://youtu.be/5FB96mDx404?si=kRPyB9PV4DWvL-hK This litter of scruffy & silky mixed breed babies is soft, fat and healthy, and sweet and social!! They give gentle kisses, love to be cuddled, and will make amazing family companions. Their foster is taking very good care of them while they await a forever home. They are going to be gorgeous! It’s hard to predict, but they will likely grow to be medium size. They still have puppy breath, and they will melt your heart with the amount of gratefulness and love that they show you. This litter really is SWEET as they come. See their personalities here: https://youtu.be/7tjw7pyE8lI?si=U6pEbpEUUOv5Uz6D They are still young so they will need a family that can commit to training, socialization and all the dedication puppyhood requires. Her new family will need to continue with potty and crate training and daily exercise. We require a commitment from adoptive families to crate train their new puppy. When old enough, they will be perfect to go on walks and hikes or show off around your neighborhood. You will be guaranteed to get lots of kisses in return from your new best friend! Currently fostered in Texas, she is spayed, microchipped, up-to-date on vaccines, and ready to travel to her forever home in the PNW or NE! Application link: https://adopt.animalsfirst.com/animal/62cc8e128b02916730334440/65aab7c5a22db78bf00b9f51 Please email Leah.Smith@threelittlepittiesrescue.org with any questions. Available for adoption in NV, MT, CO,UT, ID, OR, WA, Canada, and now the East Coast! Our PNW dogs are brought to you in style by a beautiful USDA licensed semi-truck, equipped with air conditioning for comfort, two drivers, and 2 onboard attendants providing 24 hour care. Our East Coast route will travel in a private, air conditioned 3LP-run van transport. Pick up day is unforgettable! You will get to follow along on their journey through a private FB Event page, where you will see photos, have the opportunity to connect with other adopters, and receive updates and constant communication along the way. One of our Adoption Coordinators can help to find the closest transport pick up location to you! The adoption fee is $825 and includes all vetting as recommended by our doctor: DAPP (2 to 4 depending on age and time in the program), Bordetella, Rabies vaccine (if old enough), multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, 2 months of heartworm preventative, extended medical such as dentals, eye surgeries, and orthopedic surgeries prior to adoption when suggested by our partner vets, a microchip with free lifetime registration, a high quality nylon Martingale collar for dogs over 4 months old, a health certificate deeming the pup healthy for travel, cost of transport*, and many priceless years of love and loyal companionship! *WE ARE TOLD THAT WE GO ABOVE AND BEYOND MEDICALLY. This is the feedback we tend to get, although we cannot guarantee perfect health. *To fully vet a dog in the PNW at many vets it would be upwards of $1,800 just to fix, vaccinate, chip, etc. The adoption fees charged by our rescue do not cover our expenses medically for each animal, but we offset costs with donations. Your adoption fee is considered a donation towards actual costs. Why adopt from Three Little Pitties? The stray and animal overpopulation in the Greater Houston area is the highest in the nation. Statistics show that there are over 1 million homeless animals in this region alone. Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference. Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no other option but to euthanize animals for space. This dog you’ve found online is lucky to be in our program, and even luckier to have you notice it! Three Little Pitties wants to set you and your new pet up for success! We know our dogs and we work hard to prepare them socially for adoption. We are a network of dedicated people who are heavily invested in seeing our animals thrive. From the moment they are accepted into our program, our Intake, Behavior & Medical teams prepare them for adoption by properly vetting, behaviorally assessing, and providing customized plans depending on the dog’s needs. We seek to adopt to families who understand that these are rescue dogs and will require continued training efforts, but will be well on their way to being the best dogs that they can be! It doesn’t stop there! Our adopters also receive these special perks: • 30 day trial of pet insurance with Trupanion (must register within 24 hours of first vet appt.) • A free private online dog training session with GoodPup plus low pricing for future sessions (approx $25 weekly for an 8 week course of one session per week) • One free bonus toy in every BarkBox when signing up for their Super Chewer subscription plan • 70% off of your first order of Fetch, a PNW based, organic fresh dog food loaf meal subscription plan • Coupons for a fun visit to Petco • Access to our exclusive FB Adopters page, where you can network for play dates, resources, and connect with other adopters that share their passion for their adopted pup! We celebrated our 5 year anniversary this year! Through the combined efforts of all of our hardworking staff and volunteers, we have placed over 12,000 very lucky dogs and cats into amazing homes! By adopting from us, you save TWO lives! The pet you adopt, and you create an opportunity for another animal to be saved in that spot. Together, we can be heroes. Follow our rescue journey through the links below! https://www.threelittlepittiesrescue.org/ https://www.facebook.com/threelittlepittiesrescue https://www.instagram.com/threelittlepittiesrescue *Due to the rising cost of fuel and transportation expenses, there will be an additional $62 surcharge for transport. DISCLAIMER- Breed type is determined based on general appearance and behavioral characteristics, and cannot be guaranteed unless DNA test results or AKC registration were provided at intake.
