Story
Everyone meet outgoing Oreo! He is happy, energetic, very friendly, affectionate and just wanting to be loved. Oreo was brought to our attention by our local vet after his family brought him in to be euthanized after he was hit by a car. Oreo didn't need to be euthanized, but he did need to have his leg amputated. He still had a whole life ahead of him and being an experienced vet, she knew Oreo could still live a happy, pain-free, fulfilling life with 3 legs. His family gave up on him so we took him in and provided him with the veterinary care he needed. He's now all healed up, happy, and wanting to be a cherished member of a loving family. Oreo has plenty of energy to go around. He's a little wiggle worm who by nature is curious, intelligent, playful, loving, energetic and wants to be around people. He loves giving and receiving attention and will gladly lay his head on your lap or lean in to your legs to show his affection. He will be a phenomenal companion to join you on your nature walks as well as a great candidate to teach all kinds of tricks to that will keep him mentally stimulated and challenged. Oreo weighs around 55 lbs and was born around 4/27/22. He's neutered, up to date with vaccinations and micro-chipped. To learn more or to apply for this sweet boy, please email us at adoptions@smilingdogfarms.org Please note, if you’re not ready to adopt but would consider fostering Oreo, we would love to share with your what that means and how much of a positive difference you’d be making in a life of a dog that needs you.

WE ARE A TX-BASED RESCUE. THIS DOG IS CURRENTLY LOCATED IN TX AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED UPON ADOPTION. Please fill out an adoption application at haydudeequine.org 🐾 Meet Mr. Miyagi – Master of Fetch & Zen Snuggles 🐾 Looking for a four-legged sensei to teach you the art of unconditional love? Mr. Miyagi, a wise-yet-goofy 6-year-old, 50-lb pup, is ready to wax on, wax off… and maybe fetch that tennis ball about a thousand times. Like his legendary namesake, this Miyagi believes in balance—half couch-potato philosopher, half playful martial arts prodigy. Morning snuggles are his meditation, and when it’s time for action, he’s all about fetch kata (complete with perfect “drop the ball” technique). He’s a quick study, already fluent in “sit” and “stay,” and seems to understand more human words than he lets on. Loud noises and sudden changes can throw off his inner chi, so he’s searching for a calm, toddler-free (or older-kid only) dojo where he can truly master the good life. ✨ Mr. Miyagi’s Training Highlights: • 6 years old, perfectly balanced at 50 lbs • Morning snuggle black belt 🥋 • Fetch master—ball retrieval at tournament level • Leash-walking pro, park-day enthusiast • Wise soul with a delightfully wonky tail that wags like a victory crane kick From rope-toy sparring to backyard meditations, Mr. Miyagi is ready to teach his forever family the greatest lesson of all: love is the ultimate tournament win. 👉 Apply today at haydudeequine.org and let Mr. Miyagi show you the way of the paw.

Story
**Now fostered in Federal Way, WA** Hulk Honey is an almost 4-month-old, 33-pound pup who’s believed to be a Pointer/Shepherd mix. He just arrived in the PNW and is already loving his new life! Fostered in a warm, experienced home, Hulk is soaking up all the attention and socialization that young pups need to grow into confident, happy dogs. This sweet boy is a snuggle bug at heart but also enjoys short bursts of playful energy. He loves romping with his toys and spending time with his sister Hazel, who’s fostered nearby—these two have joyful reunions full of play until they’re both ready for a long nap. Hulk has excellent play manners for his age and is very friendly with other dogs. When meeting new people, he’s gentle and sweet, though it takes him a little while to warm up. He prefers softer play and lots of cuddles once he’s comfortable. He absolutely adores his crate, which he uses as his safe space to relax, nap, and enjoy his toys. Hulk sleeps through the night with no accidents, and his potty training is almost complete—just a little consistency and routine will have him fully mastered. Mellow and easy-going, Hulk Honey is a low-energy puppy who will thrive with a family committed to continued training, socialization, and plenty of love. https://adopt.animalsfirst.com/animal/62cc8e128b02916730334440/689232e7ac033cfddc061f38 Questions?
