Story
APPLICATION LINK: https://shaynesrescue.com/adoption-application-pet-central-satx/ We must have an application to move forward. (Shayne's Rescue is an affiliate with PetCentralSATX). If there are problems with the website, please email me for help. SHEILA is a wonderful 2yo female dog. She is a German Pointer/Spaniel mix. She weighs 47#s but is not very tall…kind of average. She is sweet, loving, affectionate, and just easy to get along with. She’s a little strong on the leash but she loves to go places, ride in the car and has no aggressiveness at all. She is house trained; will stay in a kennel; loves to go outside, run and play gets along with all my dogs and my 4 cats. I deal with a lot of dogs but every now and then I find special dogs…dogs that make great family dogs. She is one of those. Her past history included lots of children in the neighborhood. She will be a great dog. She doesn’t chew on things; doesn’t dig; doesn’t climb. Since we have had her we have taught her not to jump on people. That was her only fault and she’s doing great now. Check out our YouTube Video: https://youtu.be/2Mc0uLNHGKE This dog is CURRENTLY IN TEXAS and available for pre-adoption. Adoptions include neuter/spay, vaccinations (DHPP, Bordetella, Rabies), microchip, health certificate, transport with our professional dog transporter, and 6 mos of heart worm prevention. You will receive the dog's folder with all the printouts proving the medical treatments received. If you have any questions or would like an e-mail from us as to how all of this works, text me (Terry); identify the dog's name and give me your email address... 210-394-6060. You can also go to our Facebook page... https://www.facebook.com/Pet-Central-SATX-866684826744181/ and LIKE us to help us out. After we review your application, we will contact you, and you will have the opportunity to find out more from their foster family or the rescue. If you experience any issues filling out the application you can contact us directly at shaynerescue@gmail.com. This is ONLY if you have problems applying. Story
Location: Lynd, MN I’m a puppy in the true definition of a puppy—full of energy, curiosity, and personality! Sometimes I play a little harder than I should, so I tend to do best with older kids who can keep up with my playful side, though with time and training I may learn to be gentler with younger children too. I live with another dog who’s a bit older, and sometimes he ignores me, so I’ll relax on the couch or entertain myself with my puppy toys. One of my favorite things is sitting on the couch watching TV—although I do like to bark at my own shadow sometimes! Oh and I have a heart on my ear - it is my foster's favorite thing about me! *Originated from: South Dakota Reservation. --------------- The best way to show interest in an animal is to submit an adoption application by visiting our website (www.rescuenetworkmn.org). Story
Location: Monticello, MN 💙 Meet Harold! Harold is a big dog with an even bigger heart! He is a sweet, affectionate, goofy, and sometimes dramatic boy who loves his people, cuddling on the couch, getting pets, and playing with his foster dog siblings. He is potty trained, sleeps wonderfully in his kennel, and does great free-roaming overnight. 🐾 Dogs: Harold does well with dogs he knows and has enjoyed playing and cuddling with several dogs. He does best with slow, respectful introductions and can become overwhelmed if an unfamiliar dog approaches too quickly or if the environment is loud and busy. Once given time to settle and properly introduced, he does great! 🐾 Handling: Harold is sensitive about having his feet touched. He will pull away or walk away when he has had enough rather than escalating. His foster is working on desensitization, and he needs a family who will respect his communication and boundaries. 👧 Kids: Harold has been gentle and appropriate with children he has met, but he does not currently live with kids. His ideal home would have respectful children who understand dog boundaries and will give him space when he asks for it. Harold is a sensitive boy who thrives with patience, structure, positive reinforcement, and people willing to let him build confidence at his own pace. Beneath his gentle eyes is a loving, playful boy who just wants a family to call his own. 💙 *Originated from: North Dakota Reservation. --------------- The best way to show interest in an animal is to submit an adoption application by visiting our website (www.rescuenetworkmn.org). Story
💜 Come meet me at our Adoption Event at Washington Square Bar & Grill in White Bear Lake on Monday, 9/7 from 4 - 6:30pm! 💚 Date of birth: 6/8/26 Dog friendly: Yes Cat friendly: Yes, for dog savvy cats Kid friendly: Yes Potty Trained: I'm getting really close, but I am still a puppy who is learning Crate Trained: Still a puppy, not yet trained Meet Lucky! 🍀 Hi! My name is Lucky, and I truly am one lucky puppy! I’m part of a big litter, but right now I’m living with just one of my sisters, Evie. We spend our days playing and coming up with all sorts of puppy games—including tearing up paper and carrying off shoes! I’m the braver one of the two, so I’m usually the first to try something new, like figuring out how to walk down the stairs. I absolutely love my people, and the best time of my day is when the nursery gate opens and I get to explore. Evie and I also love riding in our stroller while we take in the sights and sounds of the world. We recently visited a care facility and met lots of seniors. Everyone wanted to hold me, and I thought that was pretty wonderful! I’m a playful, curious little girl who loves discovering what’s around me. I’ll sit and watch through the fence, fascinated by all the exciting animals and plants on the other side. I’m also a pretty easygoing puppy—I don’t mind the noise of an ambulance or the occasional rumble of thunder. I’m looking for a family who wants a playful, curious, loving little companion to share life’s adventures with. If that sounds like you, I hope you’ll choose me! Please adopt me—I’m Lucky, after all! 🍀 Adoption fee: $595
