Story
Callie is a fireball of energy! She is affectionate loves attention. If you love a good game of tug-of-war then Callie is your kind of dog. She also likes to play fetch. Her bark can really grab your attention and although may sound intimidating, she is very sweet and will never miss an opportunity to lick your hands when you try to pet her.Callie still needs a lot of training but she is super smart and motivated by a treat or kibble and lots of praises for a job well done. At times she is easily distracted by everything she sees and hears. Even though she would love to chase after a loose animal, people riding a bike or scooter and cars if you let her, she is slowly learning what is expected of her on walks (be sure to bring treats and all the positive praises you can give her). Because of her strong desire to chase she needs to be in a home without cats. She is good with other dogs and loves to play!!! A home with older kids is best as she likes to jump and bounce like she’s on a spring. Callie is Almost 3 years old and 48 pounds. she is spayed, chipped and up to date on her shots. She is hi energy so NO Apartments for her, But a securely fenced yard so she can run and chase a ball is a must.. Banfield said she has 5 breeds that she doesn`t act or look like and her former owner said she was a boxer husky, NOPE she doesn`t act or look like that. She looks like a Pointer. She act like a pointer so we say she is a pointer. To meet me fill out the application on OFOSA.ORG and my foster mom will be in touch with you. Her adoption fee is $320 for a few days then on 4/15/25 our prices go up to $340.

Story
Hi there! My name’s Lacy, and I’m basically a puppy-shaped bundle of love, curiosity, and potential! I’m around 7 months old, tipping the scales at 50 pounds—though with these big ol’ paws, there’s a good chance I’ve got a little more growing to do! Just think of me as your lovable, oversized shadow-in-training. Right now, I’m living the good life in a foster home with four (yes, FOUR!) other doggos, and let me tell you—I’m soaking it all up! I follow them around, copy their moves, and take notes like I’m prepping for a final exam in “How to Dog 101.” Whether it’s playtime, nap time, or snack o’clock, I’m all in. My play style— I can do it all! I enjoy romping around chasing and getting chased by my furry doggo friends, or lazy nibbles on the couch. And if they let me know they’re done playing, you got it!! I’m not a pesky little sister— I can totally relaxing and lounge around, too. Humans say I have excellent social skills (blush!), and I pride myself on being a respectful houseguest. I’m eager to please, super curious, and I take redirection like a champ. Got a “no” for me? That’s okay—I’ll pivot like a pro and try something better next time. I’m a quick learner with a heart of gold! Before this, I lived with a family that had kiddos between the ages of 4 and 9. I was gentle and sweet, and I think tiny humans are just fascinating (and often come with snacks—bonus!). I have not lived with a kitty, but I did get to meet a really cool dude named Biggie. He was very interested in being friends, and me too! I wouldn’t mind a kitty friend, but I definitely love to have other doggos around more. So if you’re looking for a loyal, sweet-natured, goofy sidekick who’s well on her way to becoming the goodest girl ever—look no further. I’m ready to learn, love, and grow with a forever family of my own. Could that be you? Let’s find out! XOXO, Lacy 🐾 Questions? Email michelleboswell@threelittlepittiesrescue.org Lacey is currently fostered in Mason, NH, but we facilitate adoptions across the US through our own internal transport to ensure the quality of care. We travel to WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT and Canada (Canadian adopters will need to pick up in Bellingham, WA or Brattleboro, VT for the eastern Canadian border)! Our pups travel in comfort with 24/7 care on our USDA licensed vehicles, including buses and cargo vans. You can join along on our private Facebook event page to follow their adventure, connecting you with other adopters and providing updates throughout their transport journey! You will get to meet your new pup over a video call before signing paperwork, creating a fun and personalized adoption experience! The adoption fee is $900 and includes all vetting (DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, a 12 month heartworm preventative injectible, heartworm test and treatment if needed, a microchip with free lifetime registration, a high quality nylon Martingale collar, a health certificate deeming the pup healthy for travel, cost of transport*, and priceless years of love and loyal companionship! We have over 15,000 successful adoptions so far and have excellent Google Reviews: https://g.co/kgs/UQ5Pyai We care deeply about making the perfect match between dog and family for long term success. Our rescue has a 2 acre property in Texas where we assess every animal with trainers on staff, we modify behavior as needed, and create individualized behavior plans to help prepare dogs for their future families including crate training, potty training, leash walking, etc. Our fosters are able to attend group trainings and socialization play groups to keep dogs adoption-ready. Our on-site trainers support the positive growth of our dogs and we enjoy seeing their progress! Our commitment to comprehensive medical care sets us apart. We've received glowing feedback from veterinarians who commend our dedication to ensuring the health and well-being of every animal in our care with treatments that often go above and beyond. Our adoption fees reflect the extensive care and resources that go into each animal we save. The adoption fee is a donation to the mission and goes far beyond getting a fully vetted pet. The rescue’s hard costs alone for a healthy dog to go through our program typically range between $412 to $859, which includes boarding, food, medications, vaccines, and spay/neuter. For heartworm-positive dogs, hard costs are upwards of $1,120. Additionally, dogs requiring extended boarding, extra training, or extra medical care—such as dental work, vision care, or orthopedic care—can lead to expenses running into the thousands. Also, included in the fee are costs to cover transport up to the Pacific Northwest or East Coast. While adoption fees help cover part of these expenses, we want to emphasize that Three Little Pitties Rescue is not government funded. It doesn’t stop there! Our adopters also receive these SPECIAL PERKS: ● Extensive behavioral testing and information from trainers on our staff to ensure the perfect fit for your family ● Discounts on Embark DNA test kit- $30 off of Breed ID test & $50 off of Breed ID plus Health test ● 30 day trial of pet insurance with Trupanion ● A free private online dog training session with GoodPup, plus low pricing for future sessions ● 70% off of your first order of Fetch, a delicious PNW based fresh dog meatballs subscription ● Coupons for a fun visit to Petco ● 20% off of Dr. Cuddles pet first aid and hygiene solutions ● Discounted heartworm, flea prevention, and monthly dewormer ● Access to our exclusive FB Adopters page, where you can network for play dates, resources, and connect with other adopters that share their passion for their adopted pup! Did you know that the Greater Houston area faces some of the highest stray and overpopulation rates in the nation? We are a non profit charity. Our goal is simple— to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and by rescuing animals from the streets or overcrowded shelters where euthanasia due to lack of space is often the only option. The dog you've found online is not only lucky to be in our program, but also incredibly fortunate to have caught your eye. Thank you for considering adoption and for joining us in our mission! Story
Meet Aspen! Aspen is a very sweet guy who loves attention! He has been good with kids, good with other dogs, loves to snuggle with dogs and cats alike. Aspen's best good friend is his foster fur brother, they are best pals and even nap together sometimes. Aspen loves to run and play, and is extremely food motivated. While Aspen does well with cats he does sometimes chase after cats that run. He's not out to eat the cat, he just thinks chasing is a fun game. Aspen loves giving big kisses right on your face and will mischievously steal your shoe or socks give the opportunity, he just doesn't want you to forget he's thinking of you. Aspen has a bit of anxiety and can be vocal when expressing his discomfort or displeasure. While Aspen is crate trained when he's home alone and anxious he can sometimes be an escape artist. Aspen isn't a fan of the rain, so will need some encouragement to learn to be a proper Oregonian (or Washingtonian as the case may be). With good leadership he will be a great family dog or a work buddy.
