Story
This puppy sure is cute! But puppies are a lot of work - many are not housebroken and require positive training, exercise and socialization. Please ensure that you have the time and patience to dedicate to this youngster. Our adoption counselors are here to guide you through the process and find the best puppy for you and your family!

- All puppies require Mandatory Training upon adoption for obedience and socialization.

Story
Meet Rocket, a super cute ~10 week old male Pomeranian mix puppy! He is such a sweet boy! Rocket will be arriving in CT soon and is required to attend our Petco adoption event in Dayville, CT on 5/17. Rocket is a typical happy, playful puppy who loves everyone! Good with dogs, cats, people, and kids. Young puppies are like blank slates who, with proper training and socialization, will grow into wonderful dogs. He is medically up to date (age appropriate). Apply to meet Rocket today! Click HERE for Adoption Application: pawsrescueleague.org/adopt Adoption fees vary based on the dog and are not negotiable. As a small rescue that does not receive government funding or grants, we rely on adoption fees to stay afloat. Adoption fees help cover the following: vaccinations, wellness exams, heartworm/4DX testing, parasite prevention, spay/neuter (age-appropriate), microchipping, transport expenses, and other rescue-related overhead/administrative costs. Paws Rescue League, Inc is an all-inclusive rescue that does NOT only rescue puppies and young, healthy dogs. We make a point to also rescue seniors, dogs with special needs, moms, and other “less desirable” dogs, knowing that we will likely incur higher veterinary expenses and that these dogs may take longer to get adopted. As such, an individual adoption fee is not only reimbursing PRL for expenses directly related to that dog, but it is also helping us to continue our mission of taking in dogs that would otherwise be too much of a financial burden to save. We believe that ALL dogs deserve a second chance. Thank you for your support and understanding! ##2724145##

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Stormy is a one-of-a-kind Pomeranian/Husky mix with a big personality packed into a small, fluffy package. She came to us after her previous owner realized she wasn’t a good fit for a home with chickens—so she’ll need a home without them, and NO cats. She’s a friendly, outgoing girl who does well with other dogs and loves meeting people. Stormy has a fun, spunky energy and would be happiest in an active home that can keep her busy and engaged. Whether it’s walks, playtime, or just being part of the action, she’s all in. Stormy seems to be mostly potty trained, but she may need a little reminder as she adjusts to a new routine. With some consistency, she should settle in just fine. Because of her fluffy coat, Stormy will need someone to stay on top of her brushing and grooming to keep her comfortable and prevent matting. She’s spayed, heartworm negative, microchipped, and current on vaccines. She’s also been given ProHeart 12 and Bravecto, so she’s all set health-wise and ready to go. Her adoption fee is $500. To apply, please visit www.adoggie4you.org and complete an application. Stormy is currently in Texas but can be transported to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Chicago, Des Moines, Omaha, Cincinnati, Lexington, KY, and locations along the East Coast. If transport is needed, an additional fee of $225 will apply. Please note that we are unable to transport to Rhode Island or Massachusetts due to state regulations.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.May 11, 2026, 5:17 pm
