Gary is a one‑of‑a‑kind guy with a heart full of affection and a personality that’s impossible not to adore. He’s fun, he’s funky, and he has a soft spot for love, snuggles, and pretty much any pet willing to hang out with him.He’s fantastic with kids, happily soaking up their attention and joining in on the fun. That said, Gary does have one quirky habit: he loves to snack on things he shouldn’t. Tiny toys, mystery floor treasures, “forbidden candy” — if it fits in his mouth, he thinks it’s fair game. Because of that, a home with a designated play area or a room where small items can be kept safely out of reach would be ideal for keeping this silly boy out of trouble.As for his breed mix… well, your guess is as good as ours. We think he might be a Lab–Pug combo, but Gary prefers to identify as 100% original.If you’re looking for a lovable, quirky companion who brings joy, laughter, and a whole lot of heart, Gary is ready to wiggle his way into your life.Gary's adoption fee is $125, which helps support their medical care and preparation for adoption. Lily's Story PLEASE NOTE- AN APPLICATION FROM THE WEBSITE ALMOSTHOMEDOGS.ORG IS REQUIRED prior to any meet and greet. Calling, emailing or "inquiring" is not useful and will delay your consideration in the adoption of the dog. Meet Lily, a sweet loving dog with a sad story, she came out of a home that was split up due to domestic violence and had no place to go. Lily is a gentle dog who will be timid when you first meet her, she warms up pretty quickly and turns into an amazing girl who follows her foster around everywhere. She is about 30 pounds, about 3 years old, housebroken, gentle with dogs and has also lived with cats. Looking for a quiet home where she can gain confidence and become the incredible companion she was meant to be. Breed is a guess, looks like a mini boxer, probably pug with something else. The adoption fee is $450, which includes the cost of routine vetting, including age appropriate vaccinations, worming, flea/tick preventative, heartworm test if age appropriate and spay/neuter. All of our dogs will be microchipped. Because our dogs are in foster homes, applications are required prior to setting up any appointments. Calling or emailing may delay your consideration.
