Story
Meet Daisy. This sweet girl is about six years old and has very bad dry eye. We thought she was going to have both eyes removed, however she is being successfully treated right now and it looks like her eyes will be saved. She is not in pain. Her foster family said that she is navigating things well. She’s extremely sweet and friendly. She is super sweet. She loves snuggles and is just a happy go lucky girl. She just wants to be held in your arms and cuddled like a little baby. She also loves food. We are guessing that she’s some type of Puggle mix. This is what her foster family had to say about her, "Daisy has started on eye drops and her eyes look much better. She can definitely move around. No need for gates, she manages stairs, doors, sofas just fine. Daisy is good with dogs and I am positive she will be good with cats too. What Daisy loves the most is food and people! She loves to lay next to her human making sure she can feel them. Her kisses never end! This adorable girl will be a fantastic addition to practically any family that can shower her with love and give her space on the couch. I am pretty sure Daisy will be great with children." Daisy will be available for adoption after her dental cleaning in May. We know that she will need to stay on eye drops for life if we want to preserve any vision she has left. We are looking for a very special family because Daisy is very special and she suffered enough already in her short life. She needs someone that will have time for her and spoil her so she won’t remember her past.
