At 2 years old and around 25 pounds, Forest is the perfect “I fit anywhere” size — couch? Yes. Car seat? Absolutely. Your lap even when you just sat down with hot coffee? Oh, 100%. This fawn-colored sweetheart has a warm expression that could melt the polar ice caps and a personality that says, “Hi, I love you, what’s your name, do you have snacks?” He’s friendly, charming, and convinced that every human and dog he meets is his new best friend. 🐾 Forest’s Favorite Things: • Walks where he can sniff 92,000 smells per minute • Treats (your fingers may or may not become “bonus treats”) • Being included in anything — chores, TV time, folding laundry, life decisions • Wagging his whole butt, not just the tail • Making people laugh with his joyful Puggle antics Forest is housebroken with the help of a dog door, kennel trained, and an easy, happy companion in the home. Now, don't tell me you don't remember Fred and Ginger, his ginger haired dance partner ;) If you are a millennial you may not but the REST of us do!! SO, where was I?? Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers are such awesome namesakes for us... we are ATTACHED at the hip to each other and we operate in dance like moves when we are together.... so YES we are a BONDED pair of cuties!! We are lanky chis, most likely Min Pin/Chi mixes with the long and elegant legs and sweet, playful personalities. Ginger is more reserved and shy than her boyfriend Fred. So you have definitely learned some about us... we are young and teeny weeny :) yes that is a word!! We are learning all the home stuff, like leash training, crate and house training and we have excelled at all!! She was born January 31, 2024.  After surviving on the streets and raising multiple litters of puppies, this resilient girl was safely rescued and brought into the clinic with her 5 six-week old puppies—frightened, exhausted, and fiercely protective of her them all.  Now in a safe and loving environment, Robin is learning what it means to trust again. She may be shy at first, but once she warms up, she’s an absolute sweetheart who adores lap time, cuddles, and giving the softest little kisses. She just needs a bit of patience and TLC to feel secure. Robin is fully vetted, current on prevention, and microchipped. She’s ready to leave her past behind and become someone’s loyal and loving companion.
