Hi, I am Canela, and Cinnamon works too.I am so happy that you are reading my profile. I am a really good pup who has been with a family for a year now, but they can’t keep me, so I am looking for a new home.I love to play with children and other dogs. I am very social and love most people too. I am great for car rides especially if they end up at the beach. I love to play in the water and splash around. Toys are such a great invention, aren’t they? My favorite is the stuffy kind, but sometimes I get so excited that somehow they just explode.Besides going for walks I love to cuddle with my people. I am getting better walking on a leash but sometimes I pull when I get excited. I listen very well to commands like sit or come. I know how to behave in the house.I spend a lot of time outside, but I do know that if I am inside I need to ask to go out to do my business. Story
Meet Gretchen! Adorable Gretchen had a rough start with an abusive owner. Once confiscated she entered a wonderful foster home who have shown her so much love! She is ready for a loving home that will always take care of her and in return, you will be so rewarded. What's wonderful about Gretchen? She has a lovely soft coat and loves to play fetch or play with soft squeaky toys. She loves her walks but also likes being a couch potato and wants to snuggle under a blanket with you. She is fully potty trained and sleeps through the night. She is a big kisser and a cuddle bug. Gretchen rides well in the car and is good with baths.  Gretchen's challenges: She is a bit reactive on leash towards other dogs. This needs work and we can guide you with that. Reactivity is often a sign of fear and as she learns to be more confident, this behavior will diminish. Gretchen can also be protective of her fave people. She is a bit wary of strangers and it takes her a minute to warm up. Once she loves you and trusts you, she is the sweetest cuddler.  She has a bit of separation anxiety. She can be alone for 4 or so hours, but will cry a bit at first. She will need to be in a home with a yard.  Gretchen will be a lovely companion in a home without other dogs and without young kids. We hope to find her a family who will be patient with her as she learns to trust.  She is updated on shots, spayed and will be chipped. Her adoption fee is $395.      We cover the medical to prepare the pet for adoption and the adopt donations go directly to cover those costs and range from $295-$495.  Thank you for stepping up to save a life! Story
Here is my and Perlita’s story. I have been rescuing dogs from my country (Ecuador) streets since many years ago working jn between with a rescue organization. One day they rescued a stray dog that was on a car accident, I felt in love so deeply with him instantly so I kept him and loved him so much. He is my baby. But I came to the USA to study but I couldn’t bring him with me so I left him for a while until a travel pet agency helped me to bring him here with me. Since then I’m the happiest person ever. My live feels complete. That moment made me think that I could help more doggies like my baby to give them a chance to get a better live here in the USA. In my home country there’s just a few people that care about dogs. That’s a terrible thing but it’s the cruel truth. So working in between with the rescue organizations and the travel agency for pets we made possible the chance to bring dogs here and give them in adoption. So that’s how PERLITA this beagle came to our lives.
