Yes, the rumors are true. I am a wheelie pug and I am wheelie awesome too. I still have some use of my back legs so I dont need my wheelchair when Im on the grass or carpet, but my foster mom has a lot of slippy floors so she puts me in my wheelchair when shes bopping around room to room so I can follow and try to be the Velcro pug I dream of being. I have been going on lots of adventures lately and my foster mom says Im the best copilot! I love a road trip, especially the snacks part. Can I have one of your fries? I am well behaved and dont bark too much. Foster mom took me on a 3 mile hike and I relaxed in the sling the whole time and looked around at the big beautiful world. We had lunch outside the other day and I just chilled out and enjoyed the sun and smells. She let me roll around a bit and I made new friends everywhere I went! Basically Im the best girl. Lets cuddle.

Will YOU be my person? My foster mom worries that I might be a little depressed, but actually I'm just dealing with some abandonment feelings. It's hard not to be sad when people have let you down so many times. I just need to find my FOREVER home! Don't let my wrinkles fool you. I might be a mature lady but I'm definitely NOT a senior! (Rescues have a hard time figuring out the age of dogs like me without complete records.) I love my walks or running in my foster family's field. I do have some knee issues but it doesn't slow me down. So if you are a runner or like to hike, I'd love to be your sidekick! Being on the go is my happy place for now, though I am a sucker for a good massage. But some day my happy place will be anywhere beside MY PERSON (or even better, my PEOPLE). I'm what you might call an easy keeper: I'm chill when you are, and just as ready to go as soon as you put on my harness. I'm quiet most of the time but will bark to let you know when we have visitors. And I have a sultry Greta Garbo voice when I do bark, so no yapping for this girl! I sleep through the night and will let you sleep in no problem. And I "do my business" outside (once I get used to the routine at my new home). I'm cool riding in the car and can adapt to lots of different environments. I can even ride the bus without a fuss! I'm good with other dogs that are chill and I love older kids (due to my size I have to be careful with little ones). My only downfall is... I like cats a little too much if you know what I mean. :) Speaking of size, I am bigger than a typical pug, but if you are looking for a dog that is not too small or too big, I could be just right!

Ember is a tiny pug mix who came to us with less than 24 hours to live. Abandoned, overlooked, and hurting, she was rescued just in time and from the moment she was safe, she showed us exactly who she is. Ember is pure love in a small body. She doesnt ask for much just a warm lap, gentle snuggles, and the comfort of being close to her people. She is playful, sweet, and endlessly grateful, the kind of dog who settles into your arms as if shes always belonged there. She loves to play with her foster brothers, but would likely be just as happy as the only pup princess in your home. When Ember was found, she had visible facial scarring and a badly infected eye caused by lack of treatment. Her scars tell a story of what shes survived but they do not define her. With proper care and time, her wounds are healing, and we are hopeful we can save her eye. One day soon, her outside will reflect what we already see so clearly: a perfect, gentle soul full of love. Mitzi is currently in a rescue in Oklahoma. We are looking for a home in a state where people treat their animals well. She has to be prepaid and picked up directly from transport near one of the cities listed at the bottom. If things don't work out for some reason, which rarely ever happens, she will go back to Oklahoma on our next transport until a new home is found. Mitzi is a female Boston Terrier/Cattle Dog mix and has just turned a year old (February 7th). -She weighs around 30 pounds. -Very friendly -Missing one toe from her right foot (you can see in pictures and video). Doesn't bother her in the slightest! -Has the cutest underbite! -Energetic, full of life. Happy to be here and have dog and human friends to play with -Couch potato -Walks on a leash. Meet Mumu! A lovable, squishy-faced English Bulldog with a big personality, a tender heart, and a whole lot of charm packed into her 3-year-old body. Mumu is looking for a forever home where she can truly be a dog — enjoying companionship, structure, and the comfort of having her people nearby. She thrives when she has company during the day and does best with routine, consistency, and gentle guidance. She’s crate trained and genuinely loves her crate, often choosing it as her favorite place to relax and feel secure. This sweet girl has a playful side and enjoys engaging with her people, though her activity is currently more limited due to healing needs. She’s happiest when she’s included, supervised, and given appropriate outlets to stay mentally enriched without overdoing it physically. Mumu is seeking an experienced adopter, ideally someone familiar with bulldogs or dogs with ongoing medical needs. Her care routine is very manageable for the right person and will feel familiar to those with breed experience. Mumu does have several long-term medical considerations that require commitment and hands-on care. She will need daily and monthly medications, including monthly injections (which she handles like a champ), ongoing management of skin allergies, arthritis pain relief, and careful monitoring to prevent jumping or strain. She also has an upcoming TPLO surgery on her other leg, and we would love for her to recover in a home environment if possible. Down the road, her hips may require surgery as well. Estimated monthly care costs for food and medications are around $275. Her skin care routine includes wiping her feet after outdoor time and keeping her wrinkles clean and dry to prevent dermatitis — small tasks that make a big difference in her comfort and quality of life. Mumu would do best as the only dog in the home and has not been cat tested. A calm, attentive environment with someone who can be present during the day and committed to her physical limitations is essential. Bulldog experience is strongly preferred. Mumu may come with extra responsibility, but she gives back tenfold in affection, loyalty, and that unmistakable bulldog charm. She’s looking for someone who sees beyond her medical needs and is ready to love her fully — wrinkles, routines, and all. Mumu is spayed, crate trained, and available for adoption.
