Nelson (Woody) Born 5/19/23; Terrier/Cur mix 20lbs Woody is a working dog, and would love a job or hobby. He is a thinker! Woody loves to play fetch, tracking scents in backyard, but loves to snuggle just as much. He very much wants to be in your business, and apart of everything. He loves going for cars rides too! He is house trained, crate trained, and does well on a leash. Woody is current on vaccines, microchipped, and neutered. Story
Silly DAIZY is a fun and affectionate little mixed breed girl looking for a home. Our best guess on breed is a rat terrier/Jack Russell Terrier-type mix, maybe with a little Min Pin as well? Daizy is bouncy, playful and energetic. She needs an active lifestyle, she must go to a home with another dog who loves to run and play. Daizy would also be a great agility dog, she's athletic and smart. When playtime is over Daizy loves treats and cuddles. Daizy is about 2 years old and fully grown at just 22 pounds. If you'd like to meet Daizy, please fill out a dod adoption application at dreamhouserescue.org. We are happy to arrange a private meet with an approved adopter. You can meet Daizy at our weekly adoption event, Saturday noon-2 at PetSmart Eastgate. Our fully-vetted adoptable dogs go to prospective homes for a one-week trial period to make sure the dog and home are the right fit before an adoption is finalized. We only adopt dogs into homes where all current pets are spayed/neutered and current on vaccines and heartworm and flea and tick prevention. We do check veterinary references to make sure adopters are compliant with standard veterinary care. Hi! My name is Jenks. I am a sweet guy who just wants to be with somebody. I do need a little TLC but I I do want that extra love and care since I am a senior. I want my own bed and a place to roam around or just lay on the front porch with you. I can be your best friend. My only Hobby is just wanting you to give me a walk around the neighborhood. I am picky with treats and wet food. I do fine with other dogs who behave themselves and kids. I do not know about cats at the moment. I recently had a baby and have another child under 2 years old. It has become too much for our household to care for a dog as well. Odie is 3 years old and has been fully potty trained. However he started marking territory in our house a few months ago. I suspect he needs to be potty trained again which is too much for our family to take on having 2 small children and another child. Odie is very loving and energetic. He would be a great companion for someone who can give him the time and attention he needs.
