EJ is a fun, young hound. He needs someone active, with a big outdoor life that will take him on adventures. He is affectionate and loyal to those who show him love. He would prefer to be the only dog as he doesn't like to share. He is not good with cats or other smaller animals or small people. If there are problems with the website, please email me for help. DAFNEY is a very sweet 6 mo old female puppy. My breed scanner app on my phone says that she is possibly Redbone Coonhound and Beagle mix. Whatever she is, she’s very sweet and happy. Currently weighing 25#...So, I suspect she will get to be 40#...best guess. She is living in my house (not an outside kennel); is kenneled at night (doesn’t mess in her kennel); we're working on house training; leaves my 4 cats alone; and loves all the dogs she has available to play with…about 10 of them. She will be a definite asset to someone’s home and family. Kids will love her. This dog is CURRENTLY IN TEXAS and available for pre-adoption. Adoptions include neuter/spay, vaccinations (DHPP, Bordetella, Rabies), microchip, health certificate, transport with our professional dog transporter, and 6 mos of heart worm prevention. All pups and dogs are fully vetted, spayed/neutered, microchipped, dewormed, have a negative heart worm test for all dogs over 6 months at time of transport, have a health certificate, and have all age-appropriate vaccinations. Some dogs/pups have additional medical, including but not limited to FHO, ACL, hernias, dental, and other vetting. All medical records will be provided to the adopter at the time they pick up their dog. This is a post on behalf of Pet Central SATX Rescue, headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, where there are over 350,000 homeless pets. We have hundreds of puppies/dogs available so there really is no need to apply anywhere else. Musket was surrendered to the shelter when his owner could no longer care for him. He is 3.5 years old and weighs in at 61 pounds. Musket is a playful guy that loves to go on walks. He may need some time to trust you, but food is the way to his heart! Musket lived with cats and does not seem to mind sharing his space with them. Musket would love to find his second chance at a loving forever home soon! He has been neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, heartworm/lyme tested, and microchipped since his arrival at the shelter.
