I received Daisy as a puppy from the pound. It was a lottery drawing and my family ended up winning. She is currenty 7 years old. I am just looking for a place where someone will give her the time to play and run around since it is hard for us to do so. She is loving, VERY smart, fun to play with, and loves kids.

Ridgina, a charming Rhodesian Ridgeback mix, is ready to steal your heart and become your newest family member! Rescued from a nearby shelter where she was found as an emaciated stray in a field, Ridgina's journey has been one of resilience and hope. At approximately 4 years old, Ridgina has already shown incredible strength and spirit. Thanks to a caring foster, she's on her way to being nourished back to health with a new vet recommended diet that is more consistent and tailored to her needs. While awaiting the results of her fecal test, her fosters report her poops look solid and healthy. Currently, Ridgina is also waiting for her rabies shot and spay until she has gained more weight. Her fosters are closely monitoring her progress and plan to reevaluate her condition in 2-3 weeks from her last appointment (2/29/24). Despite her challenging past, Ridgina is a loving soul who adores cuddles and playtime. She enjoys squeaky toys and loves spending time with her foster human and dog siblings. Her foster family is actively learning more about Ridgina and committed to working through any potential behaviors as they come up. We think that Max is a Ridgeback mix, and he’s approximately eight years old. He has a lot of energy but would rather snuggle on the couch than go out on the town. Max recently had a sleepover with one of our foster families and he was an ideal houseguest. He is housetrained and has great inside manners. He is also very treat-motivated and has shown his mastery of several training cues. This guy might want to be the only dog in your life, but he’s got the heart of ten dogs rolled into one. Meet our sweet, beautiful girl Arya! She is approximately 6 years old and 68 lbs of pure love! Arya is super sweet, very affectionate, mellow, smart, and funny. She is the goodest girl who will do anything for a yummy treat! She absolutely loves her belly rubs and can often be found on her back, legs stretched out, waiting for her pets! She needs a little bit of time to warm up to a new environment or person, but once she gets comfortable, she will shower you with so much affection every day, everywhere. Arya was rescued from the Carson Animal Shelter (LA county kill shelter) where she was put on the euthanasia list after 3 months at the shelter. She has been in a foster home since leaving the shelter in late December. Here’s how to describe this sweet pea: - Walks great on leash (loves going on walks) - Non-reactive to other dogs on walks - Easy to train as she’s super food motivated (food will make her do anything ?) - Smart and picks up new tricks/toys quickly - Crate and house trained - Loves to spend time with her human. She’ll be happy just sitting next to you - Very good in the car - Very good with brushing teeth, cleaning ears, shower - Loves belly rubs and pets - Loves squeaky toys - Good with other calm large dogs - She takes a daily anti-inflammatory for her minor arthritis but has no problem going on walks and living a happy life! :) As Arya needs a little bit of time to warm up, an adults-only home is recommended.
