Hi! My name is Dixie! I am a Goofy, Energetic 3 year old! I live with my humans, 3 doggy sisters and cat. I love being social with my family. I love to play and rough house with my dog sisters! Unfortunately they are calmer than me. They all grew out of that puppy stage. But nope! Not me! I’m a little hard headed. Or empty headed? When I was 3 months old, my humans adopted me from a rescue. At first I was very timid; but soon I found myself and became the lovable, lizard chasing, goofy girl I am today. But life in my home has been difficult lately, my doggy sisters have just had it with my playful, energetic antics and one of them even put her teeth on me!!! I forgave them, but they did it again! And again! The dynamic in our house has changed a lot. I keep doing my training but it’s not working. Also 2024 changed my family’s work schedule and physical abilities making it really difficult lately for me to get my energy out. I need a safer and more energetic home.

MEET TAZ! Aka Razzmatazz! Oh we love this boy! He is a sweet and young small male Vizsla-pittie-possibly Whippet mix in need of a foster or forever home! (His paperwork says 3 years old - we think he's younger.) He weighs roughly 49 lbs. Taz was rescued from a shelter where he was kenneled with a male husky. He is a dog friendly boy overall, and unbelievably sweet, but we think he's do best as the only dog in the home, where he can get all of the attention and affection. Taz would do best in a home where his person or people are retired or work from home, as he gets quite lonely and vocal once you leave (as such, an apartment or condo is probably not the best place for him.) He will love to share your bed. He loves to run and be active, and would do best with an active person, people, or family with older kids. He needs a foster or forever home. MEET BEAR! Bear is part of a bonded pair of Catahoulas recently rescued from a very full California shelter. Bear, 5-year-old, 58-pound male dark Catahoula, and Sadie, a 6-year-old, 40-pound tan/brown Catahoula, were adopted from the shelter in 2018. They were returned back to the shelter because of a death in the family and the owners had to move out of state to help with the grandkids. Bear & Sadie are good with both children and other dogs. They are housebroken, chipped, spayed/neutered, and up-to-date on their vaccines. They are a sweet middle-aged pair who need a home together. Please email for an application.
