                                                                             KENNEL ID #18804 Rudy was rescued from a high-kill shelter in Greene County, TN, where overcrowding forces heartbreaking decisions every day. Some were strays never reclaimed. Others were surrendered by their families — and sadly, owner surrenders are the first to be euthanized, as they receive no stray hold. Rudy was a stray and was so pitiful in the shelter. Rudy weighs approx. 30lbs. Thankfully, our rescue partner in Tennessee stepped in just in time, saving 15 incredible dogs from the “last call” list. Each has now received full veterinary care and is preparing for a fresh start in PA. Despite their past, these dogs are full of hope and heart. Could this survivor be your new best friend? Meet Douglas — our 72-lb Gentle Giant with a Baby’s Heart Douglas is estimated to be about 1.5–2 years old, and he’s every bit the sweetheart his soft eyes promise. He gets along wonderfully with all dogs, carries himself with calm confidence, and melts the moment you give him attention. This big boy loves nothing more than resting his head on your chest like an oversized baby who just wants to feel close. He listens beautifully, learns quickly, and is already well on his way with potty training. He’s also fully crate trained — he settles in quietly and sleeps through the night without a peep. Douglas is loyal, loving, and ready for a home where he can be someone’s big shadow and best friend. Whoever adopts him will be getting a treasure. Thank you for checking out our wonderful orphans. Apollo (tan) and Zeus (black) Are brothers that are about 8 months old and weigh about 28lbs each at the moment They were dumped out on a road and extremely lucky to have been found by someone willing to house them until they can find a home. Apollo looks more black mouth cur, while Zeus is more lab looking. Both boys are extremely handsome! They are good with other dogs, and very affectionate, Apollo is more forward in his approach and more confident whilst Zeus stands back for a minute and watches before putting himself forward. He’s a little more reserved but does warm up quite quickly. They play together as brothers do, all noise and no real action. They are very fond of each other but not bonded. Energy level is about 7/10 on both

She not only survived the harsh cold, but also conquered heartworm treatment like a champ. Today, she’s healthy, happy, and full of love! With her short, stubby legs and long, lowrider body (she’s literally twice as long as she is tall!), Karma turns heads everywhere she goes. She’s potty trained, crate trained, and incredibly friendly with everyone she meets—people, dogs, and all creatures alike. Karma is the perfect mix of laid-back and playful. She loves snuggling up, playing with her toys, and just being near her people. Despite everything she’s been through, she’s gentle, joyful, and full of love.
