Meet sweet Glocki!!! She is an AMAZING girl!!! She is sweet and kind and loves other dogs from Chihuahuas to Pit Bulls. She is a big girl, with a big personality and so much love. She is houstrained, LOVES her crate and loves car rides, but what she really loves are her peanut butter bones, as seen in her pics, sitting and waiting patiently for her bone. Her previous owner passed suddenly, so she has had some adjusting to do, but trust me when I tell you, she is a sweet girl!!!! Glocki is fully vetted and ready to go! Please reach out with any questions about this sweet girl!

Meet Chip! Chip is a bright, happy-go-lucky pup around 2–3 years old, and he’s ready to find his forever family! This friendly boy gets along wonderfully with dogs and cats, and he has also lived with small children in a previous foster home, where he did great. Chip is a smart cookie who already knows basic commands like sit, shake, and up. He’s kennel trained, making daily routines and downtime a breeze. Playtime is his favorite — whether it’s fetch in the backyard or zooming around on sunny days, Chip could play fetch for hours! But don’t let his playful side fool you — when it’s time to relax, Chip is more than happy to be a snuggly cuddlebug. On leash, he does well and just needs a little more practice to become the perfect walking companion. If you’re looking for a sweet, adaptable, fun-loving dog who will bring joy and laughter to your home every day, Chip is your guy. One meeting is all it takes — you’ll fall in love! Meet Max! He is a 1 yr old neutered male German Pinscher/Doberman Pinscher that weighs 66lbs. He came into the Mesquite Animal Shelter on 10/14 as an owner surrender. Reason given was he had too many animals, and Max was a big pup. He has been very well cared for, clean soft fur, and may be housetrained. He is an extremely handsome boy, and always has a smile on his face. Despite being left at the shelter, he has an upbeat, happy go lucky personality. And such a silly playful side too. He found a stuffed toy and he threw it up in the air and bounced around the shelter yard. He walks well on a leash and takes treats gently. On occasion he does get excited and will try to jump, yet he can be quickly redirected with the sit command. Very smart pup! He hopes he can find a loving family with a secured yard, take him for walks and enrichment, shower him with plenty of stuffed toys and be close and cuddly with his human companions inside on his own dog bed. Tho he had no reaction to other dogs barking at him, we do ask if there is another dog in the home please ask the shelter for a dog test. Come meet this wonderful boy!!

Meet Lulu, the ultimate sweetheart and gentle soul! Lulu was rescued from the side of the road, and we don't know much about her past. What we do know, though, is that she is a very special dog with lots of love to give. Lulu is a young girl who is friendly with people of all ages, including children, and she gets along well with other dogs, too! She loves to play, but she can also be a bit shy and nervous at times. Lulu will need a patient and understanding owner who can give her the time and attention she needs to settle in and feel safe. She would benefit from some training on the leash, as she is not a big fan of it right now. We think Lulu would thrive in a calm and peaceful home where she can be the center of attention. If you think your heart and home are big enough to love this sweet girl, then please get in touch! Lulu is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on all her vaccinations.
