Story
Lucky to Love Clover They say three-leaf clovers are a sign of simple, everyday luck… and our Clover is living proof that sometimes three is pure magic. This fun-sized tripod may only have three legs, but she doesn’t let that slow her down one bit. Clover zooms, plays, and prances through life with the biggest smile and the brightest spirit. She’s proof that you don’t need four leaves — or four legs — to be extraordinary.Clover’s favorite things? Belly rubs that last forever, cozy cuddles on the couch, and sticking close to her people. She loves being part of the action and will happily be your little shadow, soaking up attention and giving it right back. All Clover needs now is her lucky charm — a family to call her own. And honestly? The real luck will belong to whoever gets to love this sweet girl every day. Adopt Clover and add a little extra luck to your life.History: Clover was originally adopted from OHAR in 2022, and for a while, she was living her happily-ever-after. When her family welcomed a new baby, Clover welcomed that tiny human with her whole heart. True to her loyal nature, she became very protective. She adored her little sibling so much that she simply couldn’t understand why other people needed to get so close. In Clover’s mind, she was just doing her job — keeping her precious baby safe from all those “suspicious” hands reaching in.Unfortunately, that protective instinct became a little too much for the growing family’s needs. And so, through no fault of her own, sweet Clover made her way back to OHAR.She didn’t lose her loving heart — she just needs the right environment where she can thrive and feel secure. Clover is still the same cuddly, belly-rub-loving, fun-sized tripod who wants nothing more than to be close to her people. Now she’s waiting for her next lucky chapter… one that understands her loyalty is one of her very best qualities.Adoption Process: After your application is approved, a home visit is schedule. We will bring the pet to you and help with introductions to your current pet(s). You will then have a week with the pet to ensure they are the right fit for your home. At the end of the week, you finalize the adoption and the pet is officially part of your family! Learn more at ohar.org/adoptionprocess

Story
Bella found herself in a shelter when her previous family could no longer care for her, a confusing time for such a sweet girl. But she didn`t let that dampen her spirit. She quickly became known for her boundless energy, her hilarious, oversized ears, and the way she can turn any ordinary day into an adventure. She`s quirky, yes, but those quirks are what make her so special and full of love. Bella is looking for a home where she can be herself. She loves to run, play, and then snuggle up for a well-deserved nap. She`s a smart cookie who would benefit from continued training and someone who can appreciate her bright spark. With a little structure and a lot of love, Bella will truly bloom into the most amazing companion. If you`re looking for an affectionate, well-mannered, and playful dog who is ready for a second chance at a forever home, Bella might just be your soul dog. Come meet this wonderful, playful soul and see if you can give her the loving life she deserves.

Story
Chase is an loving, playfull, energetic puppy (guessing he's around 6 mos old). Chase is very smart and loves puzzles. He has potential of being a well trained dog. He listens to the few commands we have taught him, like "sit, paw-for handshakes, and stay". He does well around children and other dogs. He is in need of a loving family that has ample space, especially outdoors/backyard where he can run. He is accustomed to being indoors but he also loves being outdoors and loves running. We found Chase wandering down a busy business street close by a freeway. We took him in to be apart of our family. Over the past couple of weeks, we've realized that Chase needs a forever home that suits his growing needs of being a smart, energetic puppy/adult were he can thrive at his fullest potential and unfortunately we just don't have the space to do that living in an apartment. Chase is in need of a owner that is patient and active.

Story
Meet Ricky, the handsome gentleman with movie-star looks and a personality that's worth taking the time to discover. While some dogs demand the spotlight, Ricky has mastered the art of quietly winning hearts. This charming pup has a quiet confidence about him that draws people in. He's observant, thoughtful, and full of sweetness, preferring genuine connections over being the center of attention. Ricky may not be the loudest dog in the room, but he's often the one people can't stop thinking about afterward.Ricky's previous home was a busy environment with multiple dogs, and not all of those relationships were positive. Because of that, he'd love a fresh start in a home where he can either be your one and only or share his space with another easygoing dog who respects his calm nature. He's ready to leave those old memories behind and discover what it means to truly belong. His perfect day includes leisurely walks, plenty of sniffing adventures, and a comfortable spot where he can relax and watch the world go by. Ricky is a lover of life's simple pleasures and would thrive in a calm home where he can feel safe, secure, and loved. If you're looking for a gentle companion who will appreciate the quiet moments as much as you do, Ricky may be the perfect addition to your family. Contact OHAR today to learn how to schedule a home trial with Ricky!History: Ricky's previous family wasn't familiar with dog behavior and had too many dogs in the home that didn't get along. Therefore, Ricky would prefer a home where he can be the only child or with another dog that is chill, like him, so he can put those bad memories behind him. Could that be with you? Contact OHAR today to learn more about Ricky!Adoption Process: After your application is approved, a home visit is schedule. We will bring the pet to you and help with introductions to your current pet(s). You will then have a week with the pet to ensure they are the right fit for your home. At the end of the week, you finalize the adoption and the pet is officially part of your family! Learn more at ohar.org/adoptionprocess
