The selling price is most definitely negotiable. The new parent/leader of Lazarus must show some effort in proving that they will be responsible enough, and most importantly, that Lazarus will get the Love and attention that he needs and wants. He is a joyful little giant. He's trained to perfection. He will not chew anything that he shouldn't and he will wait by the door when he wants to go outside. He's NOT an outdoor family member. He was raise, spoiled and loved inside a loving home. And his new home should be as such. Lazarus will be missed and and my children will severely be affected by this but at the end of the day, I made this decision for the well being of Lazarus. He doesn't get the attention he deserves because I wo4k too much and kids are growing fast and see Lazarus as a shore. I hope your home is the forever home for my Lazarus.

Otto is a loving, attention-seeking, and submissive goof ball. He is housebroken, neutered, micro chipped, walks well with a leash, and up-to-date with his rabies and current registration. He is approximately 2.5 years old and 98lbs. I obtained Otto 12/2024 from the Maricopa County Dog shelter in Phoenix and he has been in my care since then for the last 15 months. I am recently divorced with joined custody of my two daughters, ages 9 and 14. My 9 year-old daughter is special needs and on the spectrum with being Autistic. I work full time and manage my household the best I can, which includes going to weekly therapy, volley ball practice, and many other extracurricular activities to ensure by kids have as normal a life as possible post divorce. To say I am overwhelmed is appropriate. With my family-related commitments, I am unable to give Otto the time and attention he needs to ensure he continues to thrive now that he is full grown, which is necessary and easential with this breed.

She will bark if she here's the doorbell, or if there is a stranger in the house. But after some petting she becomes your best friend. She gets along with other dogs, but it will take some time for her to acclimate, as she's used to being the only dog. But she does have experience living with others of her kind too. She loves attention from her humans but isn't the best around smaller children.

Dominus is almost 14 years old. Good well behaved dog good with kids. Has that some digestive issues. Previously had pancreatitis so strict diet I feed him zignature white fish. You can find it at A pet store. That is what is recommended by the vet. I cannot afford to keep him anymore partly because of the expensive diet.
