Story
Meet Hash Brown, a friendly yet slightly shy girl with an energetic spirit and a loyal heart. Despite her initial shyness, she showcases a friendly and loving nature with those she learns to trust. She loves playing fetch and going on walks, her energy making her the perfect companion for active individuals or families. Her loyalty shines through as she forms strong bonds with those who show her kindness and patience. Hash Brown`s friendly, energetic, and loyal personality makes her the ideal companion. Bring her home and experience the joy of a true, loyal friendship that only a pet like Hash Brown can offer. Hash Brown can be anxious in new spaces, so we are requiring that any children in her new home are age 10 or older so they can understand her needs. She does not enjoy the company of other dogs, so we are requiring that she is the only dog in her new home. Adoption Price: Fee Waived!

Story
Meet Lucy, a gentle 2½-year-old Rottweiler whose loving heart is waiting for a place to call home. If you’ve ever wanted a loyal companion who simply needs kindness and patience, Lucy could be the perfect friend you’ve been searching for. Lucy may be shy when you first meet her, but just a few gentle pets and some encouraging words are all it takes for her to trust and open up. She delights in leisurely sniffy walks, walks beautifully on leash with a slight pull, and comes to you when you call her name. Treats are her love language- she knows how to sit, waits patiently, and always takes rewards with the softest touch. This sweet soul has been through a lot. She was adopted and returned twice through no fault of her own. What Lucy truly needs is someone who understands that every dog blooms in their own time and deserves unwavering love. She will return your patience with devoted affection, endless tail wags, and quiet moments of companionship.Give Lucy the forever home she so deeply deserves. Visit us today and let your heart meet hers, and see how wonderful life can be together. To meet me, visit the Bradshaw Animal Shelter Tuesday-Sunday, Noon - 5:00 pm, Wednesdays, Noon - 6:00 pm. All adoptions are on a first-come, first-served basis. To help expedite the meet and greet process, please make note of my Animal ID number, and those of other dogs you might be interested in meeting. Be sure to bring your ID with you, too. We are located at 3839 Bradshaw Road, Sacramento. I look forward to getting to know you!

Spayed or Neutered,
Story
A big beautiful boy. He is friendly with people and enjoys playing with toys. He is a strong puller on leash and has been fitted with an EZ walk harness. He previously lived with another large dog. He does chase after livestock and small animals. If you have a large dog who is looking for a friend, bring it to the shelter for a meet and greet to see if they are a match. Due to his size and playful jumping, he would probably be more successful in a home without small children.
