Story
I’m Matrix, a rottweiler with a strong stride and a loyal heart. I love my walks! The kind where my paws hit the ground with purpose and the world unfolds one scent at a time. Walking isn’t just exercise for me; it’s how I stay balanced, how I check in with everything that matters .My favorite place, though, is wherever my people are. I like being close enough to watch, to listen, to know what’s going on. I don’t always need attention, but I do need presence. Just being part of the group feels right to me, like that’s where I’m meant to be. When it comes to food, I’m clear about my boundaries. My bowl is my bowl. I enjoy my meals in peace, and I don’t see the need to share what’s mine. Respect that, and we’ll get along just fine. I’m calm, confident, and steady. Matrix by name, protector by nature, happiest when life is simple and my people are near.

Story
Amigo is approximately 5 years, around 40 pounds, neutered, fully vaccinated & microchipped Rotti mix breed. He is crate trained but needs patience and practice with potty & leash training~ soon he will be a pro of all three!! He is affectionate, playful but can be a bit nervous when first met with unexpected changes. Amigo gets along well with most dogs (but also a little dominant so we suggest he be paired with a female companion), adults and older children alike. Given his adaptability, he should be able to learn your family’s routine rather quickly and become part of the gang in no time!!! Amigo was rescued from the streets of Tecate very neglected, malnourished, suffering with TVT and a broken paw due to an old injury. Fortunately he is now flourishing under the loving care of a foster. His TVT was treated and while he still limps; he is pain free (Feb 2024) Amigo has a lot of love to give and longs for a family who can provide him patience, affection and attention he craves. He deserves a warm and loving home where he can feel cherished as a member of the family!!!

Good with kids, Good with dogs, Good with cats, Needs experienced adopter, House-trained, Spayed or Neutered, Shots are up-to-date,
Story
She’s a very good dog. I just work too much for her needs. She is very attached to my hip and loves to watching me and following me everywhere. She loves car rides, she loves any attention you can spare. She is a very nervous and shy/fearful dog. She has never attacked or bit anybody. She makes herself small and hides away when she’s scared. She flinches when you move too quick, she doesn’t like loud noises. She has had a hard life and she needs someone who can help her and unfortunately I am not the person for her and it breaks my heart. She needs patience, a two person household or someone who works from home. She is the best girl, who deserves the world.
