Hi everyone!! My name is Hercules, and I am one handsome stud. I’m 4 years old, and am currently living in the shelter, which has not been fun for me. When the shelter staff take me out of my kennel to play, I have a really hard time going back into my kennel. What I could use most is a family and a home to call my own. Some things that I’d like my future family to know are that the shelter life has not given me much of an opportunity to practice my manners, I could use some direction and training on walks because I just get too excited when I’m out! I am also able to jump really high fences and should be supervised in yards. I’m a friendly boy, with both dogs and humans and will just thrive in the comfort of a home and a family.

Zoe Queen was found living in a trash dump in Tijuana by one of our fosters. The foster tried several times to collect her and her puppies but was unsuccessful. She was finally safely captured and taken to one of our partner veterinarians. She had a complete checkup and it was found she was pregnant again! Her previous litter did not make it due to extreme conditions and lack of food. It was recommended that the pregnancy be terminated for her health, which is a sad fact of street dog life. Now Zoe Queen is ready for her forever home with a loving, caring family who will treasure her like a "Queen" for the rest of her life!! Scarlett is a 1 and a half-years-old unaltered female Rottweiler, who is in need of a loving home. She is a 55-60 lbs. love bug who is on the smaller size for her breed description. Great with kids 5 and up but would be careful with smaller kiddos because she is still unaware of her own size and might accidentally knock them over. When not properly stimulated with walks this big girl is a digger and chewer. We recommend having a good selection of chew toys to keep her entertained but with care, she is a very good girl. Scarlett is crate-trained, potty-trained, bath-trained, and does really well on car rides. She is still young and will definitely make a perfect family member in a loving, attentive, and caring home. Loves belly scratches, and giving kisses.

6yr old Bridget lingered at the Imperial County Shelter for 5 months and after a few short days in a loving foster home, she has proven to be all her Boxer breed has to offer. Playful, Respectful, completely housetrained, joyful and fun to be around. She loves the companionship of some other dogs, as well as enjoying toys, she knows the difference between a shoe that is not hers to chew and a toy that she clearly will chew. Bridget can go from calm, chill to "let's go for a walk" in an instant. She rides well in a car, she loves the outdoors and her walks, she is a zig zagger on walks so we are working to work on that, but all in all, this girl is well behaved, respects boundaries and is a diamond in the ruff of the rough.
