Ramsay is a purebred, male Rottweiler who is 4 years old. We welcomed him into our home when he was just a pup. He is incredibly intelligent, playful, and strong-willed, and is obsessed with watching television. He loves his family just as much as we love him. He is very headstrong and needs an owner who is able to handle this type of personality. He is in a home with older children and has not been around small children. We have another dog that he was raised with, and he gets along beautifully with him. He has not been around any other dogs since he was young, so I do not know how he would do with other animals. Looking to re-home him as he is housebroken but marks at times. We are devastated to part with him, but I am not able to handle this behavioral issue any longer.

At a young age, I was exposed to farm animals, cats, dogs and kids, but I am 2 years old now and might give chase to cats... I am super smart and food motivated, so I learn really quickly! I love all kinds of toys, and I would be best suited for a family that is looking for an active companion. I am house broke and calm in nature.There was an outside cat at my previous home, and I did fine with him.I am also crate trained.I`m a little nervous when riding in cars.My previous owner said I pull when on a leash. We will start to work on this here in the shelter.The things I love the most are people and attention.I do know sit, come, down, and shake.Lastly, I`m playful with other dogs.I am a gentle giant.
