Story
Bailey Robinson is currently in RI and looking for a 'furever' home!  Bailey is a special lady that will slowly and quietly work her way into your heart. Having spent most of her first year living outside with minimal human interaction she is slowly learning that being inside is pretty nice and humans can be too! She needs at least one other dog and a fenced yard. She extremely shy and skittish (flight risk at first), but will open once she builds trust and feels safe, but it will take time. Bailey loves to eat and once comfortable she is extremely food motivated, the quickest way to her heart is peanut butter and freeze dried liver. Once she trusts you she will come to you for pets and love.  She needs a very patient adopter willing to give her the time to adjust and trust, but it is well worth it. She is incredibly sweet. She will benefit from professional training to help her continue to make progress.  Teens and older only, busy kids are too much for her. She'd also prefer a quieter household with a consistent schedule and routine, too many visitors make her nervous. Likely a Rottweiler and Plott Hound mix, Dennis is about 1–2 years old and has a big heart to match his love for life. His absolute favorite thing? Playing fetch! He’d happily chase toys all day long if he could. Dennis is smart, eager to please, and incredibly loving. With his playful energy and loyal personality, he’s sure to become a cherished companion for someone lucky enough to adopt him. Rylie is a 3 year old female and about 60 lbs.Crate trained when unsupervised.She loves people and has been around children her whole life. Due to her size and energy level, a home without small kids would be best. She is not good with cats. She has never hurt one, but she does chase them relentlessly. She would do well with another dog given the appropriate introductions. She is not aggressive, but does get fearful and anxious with new dogs until she gets comfortable with them. She knows basic commands and loves cuddling on the couch just as much as hiking and swimming. We are not looking for a fee, just an amazing home with a patient person willing to help her adjust.

Thank you for your interest in adopting Josie! Josie lives in an Alabama Foster Home and will Transport when she is Adopted. We strive to make every Adoption as smooth and easy as possible. We have been adopting pets to families in the northeast and New England for over 15 years. Josie comes from an oops litter. Mom is a Rotti looking dog, they call Rottweiler. Shes a pretty dog, but not the large muscle dog we know. She could be mixed, but the smooth coat puppies in the litter look Rottweiler. Dad unknown. She's probably multiple breeds if you DNA test her. Based on her size, she will be a dog that weighs over 65 pounds. Josie is an old soul. She's quiet, submissive, respectful of people and pets. Josie lives in a home with a senior mom and daughter, an elderly dog, a pitbull and a bulldog, a couple of Chihuahuas, her sister and two cats. She is crate trained and doing wonderful in the home with house training. She is a super nice dog! She would love a home with kids. She's been around young children. Josie is spayed, rabies, up-to-date on vaccines and boosters, microchip, dewormed, and receiving parasite prevention. She comes with medical records. $585 total Adoption fee $345 to the Rescue $175 to the Transporter. Brutus's Story Brutus There’s no pre-heating needed to get this guy to warm up to you! Brutus has a sweet disposition and is friendly and affectionate with people right from the start. He’s easygoing, too – 30 minutes after we met him, he curled up and relaxed on the floor while the humans chatted around him. Rescued after being abandoned behind a restaurant, Brutus is estimated to be two to four years old. He is a good-size boy, weighing about 60 pounds, but is gentle and aware of his size. He takes well to being handled and groomed with a brush. Brutus walks nicely on leash and seems to be good around other dogs, showing interest and keeping calm.
