She was surrendered to a Miami shelter just before Thanksgiving. She is typical of her breed; quiet, reserved and at the same time a little goofy. This is a nice dog who has participated in play groups while at the shelter and is fine with other dogs. She walks well on leash and enjoys going for walks and being outdoors. Lola is crate-trained and housebroken. She has good indoor manners as she was an indoor dog. She’s doing very well adjusting to her foster home environment. Lola is ready to meet her forever family. She has met so many other foster dogs and does well with all of them, including puppies. Lola would like a back yard to run and play in. If you love this breed, you will love Lola. Adoption Fee includes all age-appropriate shots, deworming, spay/neuter certificate (if too young to be fixed) and microchip, dog food, leash and collar. They tried to locate her owners, but sadly no one would claim her. Well, Deep South Canine Rescue was HAPPY to claim this girl!! She is now fully vetted, spayed and healthy! She loves life and is very curious! She is kennel trained, housetrained, crate trained AND walks well on a leash! She has LOTS of love and cuddles to share with someone. Mirage is a beautiful, sweet and young Rottweiler mix.  She was neglected before being rescued and transported to NJ to find a better life.  She needs a quiet home and is pretty lowkey.  She would NOT do well in a city like environment. She would do best with people that have patience and will give her time to acclimate to her new home so her wonderful personality can come out.  Once Mirage feels safe, she loves to play, run around, go for car rides and cuddle!  She is DOG SELECTIVE, so she would need proper/slow introduction to any dogs.  NO CATS!
