Story
Remus arrived as stray.  He is about 65 lbs, super friendly, loves people and going for walks.  He reacts ok to other dogs through the gates and fence.  We do suggest that if you have other dogs he meet them before a decision is made for his adoption.   As part of his adoption he will be neutered, vaccinated, wormed, heartworm tested, and microchipped. Anyone interested in him must stop in to meet him and complete an application during our regular business hours (our application is not online).   Morrow County Dog Shelter, Mt. Story
Bixby is a sweet dog that I adopted from a shelter several years ago. He is approximately 5 years old and around 65 lbs. I am not able to care for Bixby and exercise him the way he needs on walks. His main behavior issue is pulling on walks and lunging- although he is generally friendly with other dogs. I don't have the right home for a large dog and physically can not handle him. I’m looking to rehome asap.

Story
Trixx came from a rural shelter with little chance of finding a home. She is a young girl with lots of love to give. She likes to go on walks, loves her chew toys, is housebroken and crate trained. She is 1 year old and full grown at 35 pounds. She is in foster with cats and when they swat her she knows to leave them alone. She likes to play with the big dogs but plays a bit too rough for smaller dogs or timid cats. If you are interested in adopting me, please fill out an online adoption application at https://colonycats.org/adoption_app.html to expedite the process.  Due to the large number of inquiries we receive, we are unable to respond to emails quickly.    April 19, 2024, 7:53 pm
