Bear is a three year old husky/Rottweiler mix. We got him as a puppy from a friend whose dog unintentionally had puppies. Bear is an energetic dog that would do well with plenty of exercise. He loves children and gets along well with other dogs. He does not do well with cats. He is completely house broken and knows basic commands. He likes to cuddle at the end of the night. Unfortunately, with our new baby we do not have the time to give him the exercise he deserves.

Samson is a very goofy dog with a huge personality. He loves attention and is a big baby at heart. He has a lot of personality; he sings and smiles on command. He has a heart of gold and is really looking for a family to give him the love and attention he craves so badly. He is treat and toy motivated and is a quick learner because he is eager to please his people! He seems to be housebroken and knows his basic commands. We were told by his previous owners that he does not get along with cats, but he loves to play with other dogs here at the shelter. We think he would do just fine with respectful children! He is older so he's a bit slower physically, but he doesn't let that stop him. Over-all he is a great boy who would make an awesome companion for almost any home. His favorite toys are stuffies and anything that squeaks. He sings along to songs if you sing with him!More information? Titus is a very sweet dog but he has very severe separation anxiety to the point where he will destroy furniture when left alone long enough. He also does very poorly being locked up getting free in most cases. He doesn't know his own size and can be dangerous around small children if left alone by knocking them over. Never showed aggression. His biggest issue is he has seizures that is being kept under control through medication. He needs a home that someone can be with him all day. Being a working and single male I can't give him the time, attention and training he deserves. Must come meet before willing to accept an application.

She loves playing with chew toys, does great in her crate overnight, loves exploring on walks, and wants to greet every person she meets with a huge kiss. She is learning to trust other dogs, but warms up after she knows they are safe and friendly. A doggie daycare would be a great place to help her gain her confidence! She will also need training on her basic commands, including potty training. But don’t worry, she’s a quick learner! She is looking for an active family who will take her on lots of walks and give her plenty of exercise. She loves taking walks and loves being out and about exploring the outside world and I getting more comfortable each day! She would be an awesome doggie daycare dog. She would love her new family to enroll her to have a lot of play time with other dogs. She is a smart girl and is showing progress each day learning a lot! She is working on her puppy commands and manners. She will need a patient, consistent family to continue her training. She will ready for puppy classes when she is adopted and fully vaccinated. We HIGHLY encourage obedience/behavior training for all of our pups once adopted into their forever homes. Here is our 'Ole Mama' Brooklyn in all of her glory! She's been with our family since she was 4yrs old when we were fortunate enough to adopt her from a friend moving to California. She's been well trained on numerous commands and is crate trained. List of commands and Crate will be included. Brooke does well on leash by collar or harness and LOVES to be off leash and running! She loves the water but doesn't like swimming. Brooke does her best with experienced dog owners and older kids (12yrs and older). Though she has never been a danger to young children, as she's gotten older doesn't always do well with toddler energy and may often wish to be in a more isolated area. She does well with other dogs but often retreats from too much puppy energy just as she would with toddlers. She has never been around cats. We are really hoping to find Brooke a GREAT home & preferably one that loves a BIG lap dog. ESA Certified (2023/24) Permanent Licencse (Franklin Co.)
