Cheesecake is a beautiful, adult female dog who is loyal, protective, and eager to find a loving home. She is a sweet girl who loves to receive belly rubs and have her ears scratched. Cheesecake may be a bit hesitant around new people, but give her time and she will warm up to you. She will need a patient owner who can help continue her training and who can give her the structure and routine she desires. Cheesecake would do best in a home with other dogs as she is very dog friendly! She needs an owner with previous Rottweiler experience also!

Story
They are a bonded pair. We arent sure if they are mother and daughter or sisters. Both girls have been very very scared and have huddled next to each other for comfort. Both girls were surrendered to the shelter severely under weight. They went to boarding for a few weeks to try and help them open up but they both still struggled tremendously. Both girls are now in foster care in homes to help them come out of their shells and see if we can get them to open up and gain their trust. ##1347250##

Story
Meet Cocoa, a 4-year-old Rottweiler with a heart as big as her head and enough love to smother you (in the best way possible). She’s the definition of loyal and will stick by your side through thick and thin, but she carries some baggage from her past and is a little nervous that she’ll be abandoned again. Because of this, she needs someone patient who understands her breed and will give her the time and space to decompress and learn what it really means to be a dog. Once she trusts you, though? Game over. She’ll be your cuddle buddy, your shadow, and your most devoted fan. Personal space? She doesn’t believe in it. Cocoa would happily spend 23 out of 24 hours snuggled up with you, and that one free hour? It’s for bathroom breaks—hers and yours. She enjoys long walks where she can take in all the smells, and she never says no to a stuffed bone or a rope toy. She gets along with some dogs, but at the end of the day, she prefers the company of her person over anyone else. If you’re looking for a dog who will adore you with every ounce of her being, Cocoa is your girl. She just needs someone willing to take a chance on her. If you have prior breed experience and are ready for the most loving, snuggly, slightly anxious, but absolutely worth-it companion, Cocoa is waiting to meet you. Cocoa is spayed and UTD on vaccines. Story
Pretty Lyla is around 2.5 years old and a rottweiler and shepherd mix. She came to us from another local rescue because she was waiting far too long to find an adopter. At 70 lbs., she is a strong girl and a little hesitant at first, but she warms up quickly and when she does, you better watch out, because she is a LOVER! She’ll throw her body right up against you and give you enthusiastic kissies. Oh, and Lyla especially fancies belly rubs! When she gets excited, she’ll get the zoomies, too. When Lyla wants your attention, she can be a bit chatty and has loud voice, so she’d do best in a home without shared walls. She is open to meeting other dogs and can be kitty-tested upon request. We believe Lyla would do fine in a home with respectful kids. She is learning leash manners and will need an owner who can handle her strength. Story
Meet Mabel the former puppy mill mom. This 7 year old girl lived her life in Amish Country in a kennel used for one reason and one reason only - to pump out puppies. No life for any dog. Mabel came to us filthy and shutdown. She has spent the past month in foster with other dogs and kids. She quickly came out of her shell with them and is proving to be a pretty awesome dog. Mable is crate trained, kid friendly and dog friendly but prefers a more laid back companion. She has seen the cat in the home and has not cared at all. She is house broken also. She comes off shy at first but warms up and wants to be with her people. You must be over 21 to apply and live within 2 hours of the Lehigh Valley, PA area within NJ or PA (NO EXCEPTIONS!)
