Location: Sioux Falls, SD Taj is a good boy with a wiggly butt when happy or greeting people. He's a typical puppy who runs and plays and is very curious! He is fully potty trained. He likes to chew on antlers, Himalayan bones and hooves. He does play with an occasional squeaky toy, but chewing is more his thing. He's a good listener and loves to be with his humans and resident siblings. He is a submissive guy who would do well with siblings. When it's time to go to bed he loves his kennel. You just tell him it's time to go to bed and he goes to his kennel and lays down. Most nights he chews a bit before he goes to sleep, but doesn't make a peep once he's in bed. --------------- The best way to show interest in an animal is to submit an adoption application by visiting our website (www.rescuenetworkmn.org). Location: Parker, SD Are you looking for a beautiful blonde? Giza (aka Gigi) is looking for her furrrever home. Want a couch companion after a good run and play time? This girl goes at 100 miles an hour, and then snuggles. She is a high energy youngster! Her smooth short coat is easy maintenance. Sits quietly for nail trims. This active pup is great with other dogs and ignores the resident cat. She loves to play and play and play with her human and dog friends. Working on house breaking (good progress for age, keeps kennel dry and clean but needs frequently potty trips and close supervision when inside). Quiet and great in a kennel. Needs a slow feed bowl please :-) Working on walking on a leash Already doing well on "come" with treats, working on "sit", knows "kennel", but frequently does still jump up in her happiness and joy at seeing you and playing. Likes playing with stuffed toys, Kongs, and Benebone chews. A home with older children (approximately 10 yrs +) needed, as in her few interactions with younger children she has been fearful. Her extreme exuberance is not a good mix for little children, and she will need a home that can help work with her on her hesitation with new people and younger kids. Gigi will make a great companion for a family that will provide exercise and enrichment for an active young pup. Name: Glenda Breeds: Shar Pei (mix?) Age: Mature Adult Sex: Female Size: ~40 lbs Glenda is an older Shar Pei (mix?) who is petite, sweet, and adorable. She is great with dogs, didn’t even bother with the cats, and loves all people. She is a senior girl, about 8 years old, though in overall good health other than seemingly not having all (or any) hearing. Glenda is lazy, laid-back, and just wants a couch to snooze on and someone to take her walks. She jumps for joy when you take her leash or harness out so she would love a home who wants a pup to go on walks with. She walks well on the leash. Glenda is housetrained, crates well, and is beyond the crazy puppy stages of chewing things. She doesn't bark, she really doesn't make a peep, except for her cute snore in the middle of the night. She easily goes into her crate and will sleep the whole night. Her foster got her a bed, and you will never see a rescue dog as grateful as when Glenda got a bed. The only thing she's more excited for than her bed, is going for a walk. You'd never guess she was a senior when your bring the leash out! She wants a retirement home with places to snooze and people to walk her and love on her. She doesn't need much, but love and lots of pets. She's a shadow dog, that follows you around to make sure you're ok, and then leans into anyone she meets for some loving. Requirements: No special requirements Adoption Fee: $300 + tax.
