Special Needs: NA- just gentle, positive reinforcement training, like all shelter dogs Obbie Wan...He wants to be your only hope! This fella has THE funniest personality! Complete goofball and I mean that in the best way possible! Obbie is sweet, loving, and playful. At the shelter he is go go go all the time, but that’s due to boredom. He would definitely benefit from an active family. He tested well with other dogs, but we always suggest for you to bring your dog to meet and greets if there is another pet in the home. Obbie is a 1 yr old male Shar Pei mix (based on certain physical characteristics and temperament) and is approximately 39lbs. He is neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped.

Dumped into the wild alongside his mom and nine siblings, this black 4-month-old Shar-Pei has weathered the challenges of life in the open, emerging with an unbroken spirit and an insatiable capacity for love. As he embarks on a new chapter in his life, Breezy is a beacon of love, yearning for the warmth of a family to call his own. His affectionate demeanor is evident in his love for snuggling and showering kisses, a reminder of the resilience of a pup who never gave up on the possibility of love. Breezy's heart is as expansive as the Puerto Rican skies, and his love knows no bounds, especially when it comes to children and other dogs. His playful spirit makes him an ideal companion for families, and his compatibility with other four-legged friends is a testament to his social nature. Breezy is 4 months old and weighs around 20 pounds.   He should be around 40 pounds when fully grown, as that is his mom's weight.  Breezy inherited Cherry Eye from his mother.  His surgery to repair it is scheduled for Dec 4th, which we are paying for.  He is good with other dogs, cats and children.  Shar-Pei's are very loyal and make great family dogs!
