This handsome 1-year-old, 34-pound Whippet mix is already proving to be a good boy and is house trained. Prince will thrive in a home that can provide structure, patience, and continued training to help him build confidence and be his very best self. He would do best with another confident dog in the home to show him the ropes and help him feel secure. Stay tuned for updates as we continue to learn more about this sweet boy! 💙 If you are interested in adopting one of our dogs, the first thing to do is submit an application for approval. All dogs available for adoption are in foster homes. Please do not visit the rescue location as it is a privately run boarding, training & grooming facility. Individual meet and greets are scheduled by appointment only for approved adopters. MBR Farm is offering ONE Free Private Training session for dogs adopted from us in the month of March. That is a $125 value. Any additional session will be discounted to $80 per private session for an unlimited amount of sessions. No limit, no time limit. Your first session must be completed before May 1, 2026. After May 1st the cost of your first session will be a discounted rate of $100. This sweet girl is a calm, affectionate companion who loves being close to her people. She’s happy to relax quietly while you work and is always ready for snuggles and belly rubs. She enjoys going for walks, rides nicely in the car, and is very friendly with the people she meets. She already knows commands like “sit,” is very smart, and listens well to direction. At home she is generally peaceful and enjoys watching the world from the window or curling up on a cozy blanket near her humans. She does well with well-mannered male and female canine companions but would do best in a home without smaller dogs. She is still gaining confidence when left alone and may do best starting out in a smaller space with baby gates or cratering while she adjusts. Like many dogs settling into a new environment, she can get a little anxious when alone and may chew if she’s bored, but she continues to improve with routine and patience. She’s eating normally, settling nicely into a routine, and enjoying daily walks—she recently conquered a 25-minute stroll and is still polishing up her leash manners. While she loves a good burst of zoomies and playful moments every couple of hours, much of the time she surprises everyone by behaving more like a laid-back senior than a nonstop puppy.Daisy has been accident-free in the home, almost never barks, and has excellent house manners. We just had a baby and we will be moving soon. With all the added responsibilities we just do not have time and are unable to care for Zoey the way she deserves. Anymore we are so busy she gets locked in the kitchen all day. We just want her to be able to be a dog and have a life. She is a very loving dog. Sleeps most of the day. She is older so she not hyperactive at all. All she wants to do is cuddle and sleep.
