MBR holds monthly adoption events on the 2nd Saturday of every month at Tractor Supply in Columbia Station, 24100 Royalton Road from 11 am - 2 pm. This handsome 1-year-old, 34-pound Whippet mix is already proving to be a good boy and is house trained. Prince will thrive in a home that can provide structure, patience, and continued training to help him build confidence and be his very best self. He would do best with another confident dog in the home to show him the ropes and help him feel secure. Stay tuned for updates as we continue to learn more about this sweet boy! 💙 If you are interested in adopting one of our dogs, the first thing to do is submit an application for approval. All dogs available for adoption are in foster homes. Please do not visit the rescue location as it is a privately run boarding, training & grooming facility. Individual meet and greets are scheduled by appointment only for approved adopters. MBR Farm is offering ONE Free Private Training session for dogs adopted from us in the month of March. That is a $125 value. Any additional session will be discounted to $80 per private session for an unlimited amount of sessions. No limit, no time limit. Your first session must be completed before May 1, 2026. After May 1st the cost of your first session will be a discounted rate of $100. This sweet girl is a calm, affectionate companion who loves being close to her people. She’s happy to relax quietly while you work and is always ready for snuggles and belly rubs. She enjoys going for walks, rides nicely in the car, and is very friendly with the people she meets. She already knows commands like “sit,” is very smart, and listens well to direction. At home she is generally peaceful and enjoys watching the world from the window or curling up on a cozy blanket near her humans. She does well with well-mannered male and female canine companions but would do best in a home without smaller dogs. She is still gaining confidence when left alone and may do best starting out in a smaller space with baby gates or cratering while she adjusts. Like many dogs settling into a new environment, she can get a little anxious when alone and may chew if she’s bored, but she continues to improve with routine and patience. Overall, she is a loving, loyal dog who will make a wonderful companion for a family looking for a gentle and devoted best friend. She’s ready to find her forever family—come meet her and fall in love!

Say hello to Daisy, the life of the party wrapped up in a sleek black coat and a tail that never clocks out. In playgroup, she’s the ultimate ringleader of zoomies, rallying her rowdy dog friends for nonstop fun and games. When people stop by her kennel, her tail doesn’t just wag—it goes full helicopter mode, like she’s ready for takeoff.Since heading to her foster home, Daisy has shown just how adaptable she can be. She’s eating normally, settling nicely into a routine, and enjoying daily walks—she recently conquered a 25-minute stroll and is still polishing up her leash manners. While she loves a good burst of zoomies and playful moments every couple of hours, much of the time she surprises everyone by behaving more like a laid-back senior than a nonstop puppy.Daisy has been accident-free in the home, almost never barks, and has excellent house manners. She doesn’t counter-surf, doesn’t beg, and is respectful with her belongings—chewing only on her toys and leaving everything else alone. When visitors stop by, she may get a little excited at first, but she settles quickly and is happy to soak up attention once the initial excitement passes. At night, Daisy is a champion snuggler, sleeping peacefully right by her foster’s head and even sleeping in after they’re up for the day. It’s hard to believe she’s the same dog who was once bouncing off the walls of her kennel—this girl truly shines in a home environment.If you’re looking for a joyful, affectionate dog who can balance playtime with relaxation, Daisy may be your perfect match.
