Story
King is almost 11 year old (May 20), senior German Shepherd who is still full of life and enjoys being playful and active. He is a loyal, affectionate dog who loves attention and being around his people. King grew up around children, but he would do best in a calm home with mostly adult interaction where he can relax and receive plenty of love. He has done well with other dogs, especially smaller dogs. One of his sweetest quirks is that he loves stuffed animals and treats them like his “babies,” carrying them around. King enjoys walks and would thrive in a home with a backyard where he can play. King just had a vet visit, shots are up to date including rabies, negative heartworm test.King will come with his belongings including his stuffed animals, bed, food bowls, remaining dog food, etc.

Story
Sadie is a bully breed mix...maybe she is full breed but not entirely sure. She is a big girl at about 85-90 lbs last check. She is a big time lover with her person or family. She loves to cuddle right up next to you and have her head and ears scratched. She is very fast when running outside and loves the sunshine. She has started experiencing some symptoms of litter mate syndrome and would be best in her own home though it might be possible to have another dog as long as introductions are slow and positive, she has always had her siblings around and usually has alot of fun playing with them. She loves to chew on toys and any stuffy will be destroyed in minutes. She does well on walks but would keep her from other dogs although she has not shown any aggression. Sadie is not fully house trained but that was due to situation not her. She is very smart and very easily trains especially treat and food motivated. She is a very loving, loyal and protective.

Story
Meet Diamond – A Shining Soul with a Heart of Gold Diamond is a stunning 4-year-old black Pit Bull/Lab mix whose story is as powerful as her name. When she was rescued, Diamond had endured severe neglect and abuse — she was skin and bones, missing patches of fur, and had lost faith in people. But with love, patience, and care, this beautiful girl has blossomed into a happy, playful companion with a dazzling smile and sleek black coat. Diamond is crate trained and has never had an accident indoors. She sleeps soundly through the night in a crate, but she’d much prefer to curl up in bed next to her person. Once she feels safe, her playful and goofy personality shines through — she loves walks, plays with toys, and has the most endearing zoomies. She’s also learning to enjoy human affection, and her foster mom has worked hard to help her learn that human touch can be kind. Diamond would do best as the only pet in an adult-only home. She is not cat-friendly and can be unpredictable with other dogs. Her ideal adopter will respect her need for slow introductions and structure. Because of her past, food is a valuable resource for Diamond and should be managed with care. Like many young dogs, she can still be a bit mouthy when excited, but she listens beautifully when told to calm down or redirects to a toy. Once Diamond trusts you, you’ll see just how special she is — her loyalty runs deep, and her goofy grin will melt your heart every day. She is proof that love and patience can heal old wounds, and she’s ready to find the person who will let her sparkle forever. Could you be the one to give Diamond her forever home and show her what unconditional love truly feels like? Diamond is eligible for our Foster-to-Adopt program, which means you can take some time to get to know her in your home before finalizing the adoption.
