Approx. DOB:  11/15/24              Weight as of 8/21/25.. 30 pds Adoption Fee: $250 includes a 2 week trial to ensure everyone's happiness!   Summer is DEAF !!!!  Summer is a aussie terrier mix. She was born on a farm with her 2 sisters Sweet Pea and Skylar. The sisters had no socialization and are still learning everyday that humans can be gentle and kind.     Summer is deaf. We have started working with her on hand signals along with using a non aggressive collar to get her attention. It was recommended by professionals. She is a very gentle girl. She needs a home that will be willing to continue working with her. A very, very patient family that has the time, love and dedication to give her.     She loves toys and Summer loves other dogs. I'm a pitbull Australian Shepherd mix. My foster mom tells me all the time that I'm the sweetest pup in the world!  She picked me up with my 2 sisters from a family that couldn't  take care of us. We were all terrified of other dogs and people. My Foster Mom has worked really hard to help me trust people and now I love other dogs. I still need patience,  love and trust with my new family. I can be timid at first but please just give me a chance and I will love you for life! Pictures are coming soon Skylar was released to us from owners who could no longer care for her.     Skylar has beautiful baby blue eyes. This sweet princess was so scared of us just a few weeks ago but now comes to us, wants us to pet her and love on her.  She is still timid and very shy with new people so she will be going to petco every Saturday to socialize her with lots of new people.      Skylar has done great playing with new dogs. She gets overwhelmed with the larger dogs but is learning to trust them.  Some of them play too rough so she tends to try and avoid those dogs.     Skylar is doing great with her crate training but still needs time, patience and love in helping her to master this skill.
