Story
You won't find a more handsome, intelligent or silly boy than Sidney. He is about 3.5 years old and weighs 84 lbs. Sidney is a very intelligent fellow, he learns quicky and is anxious to please. He will do well with a job and/or a lot of stimulation, long walks and hikes. He will do well with an experienced dog person. Sidney loves meeting new people. He has done well with large dogs he has met, however he is would not be good with small dogs or cats. Sidney does show some barrier reactivity, however, when the barrier is removed (whether it is a crate, fence or car window) he shows absolutely no issues. Because Sidney likes a lot of activity, he will need a securely fenced yard (must be a physical fence, not an electric or invisible system) He is neutered, fully vaccinated, microchipped and on monthly treatment for flea/ticks and heartworm prevention Sidney is currently located in the Middle TN area but transport is included in the adoption fee for approved adopter If you are interested in Sidney, email rookiesrescue@yahoo.com for an application

Story
Trudy is a 5.5 year old small pitbull mix who loves to cuddle, play tug, and be around people. She is looking for a new home in the Baltimore area because her mom (my aunt) is sadly no long able to care for her. Trudy is spayed, house trained, and up to date on all her vaccines. She is quiet, and medium to low energy. She thinks she's a lap dog and will greet you excitedly at the door. She is very good with people (and LOVES kids), but can be leash reactive with other dogs. Her ideal home would be either with no other animals, or with parents who have experience introducing new dogs. She takes 1 chewable pill daily for separation anxiety, and comes with food, crate, coats, bowls, and many toys. She is a big sweetheart looking for a loving and snuggly home. Hello her name is Carmen she has been in my family since birth well trained enjoys walks and cuddles very loving Carmen is a house dog but does use bathroom outside only we are relocating and breaks our hearts that we can’t take her we have no Other choice my children are all grown now with careers so we must downsize and pets aren’t allowed of any kind she will be a great family member just looking for a great in most of all loving home
