Story
Pango was adopted from priceless pets Costa Mesa when he was two months old. His birthday is December 1, 2025. Today, July 11, he is 7 months old. He loves being with someone. He is great around party guests, in the car, and being in doors. He is a very respectful handsome dog. He has passed beginners petco dog training lessons and was going to begin intermediate before our situation. He knows how to sit, go down, and give paw. He is working on stay. He loves his toy lamb and other toys with squeaks. He would be going home with everything we have gotten him including lifted food bowls, bed, toys, and treats. He doesn’t fit in hit crate anymore, but he still goes in it at times so it will be there to take as well. Please consider homing my handsome boy!

Colton has lived w/ cats, dogs, and horses but lost his foster home because the resident dog was not happy and made it known by beating up on poor Colton. Colton is smart, follows commands, loves his toys, knows sit and stay, and will do anything for a treat. He has the independence of a Husky and the loyalty of a Shepherd. A great mix and he is only 55 pounds! 1 year old 55 pounds Location: Los Angeles CONTACT: ANGELA, Volunteer Advocate Text / Call, 310.717.2442 Email, aspringer.pv@gmail.com

Story
Hi, I’m Yippee. Only a year old, and before being rescued from Baldwin Park Animal Care Center, I never had a real loving family and was found as a stray. Yippee is a 63 pound male Husky/Shepherd mix (Shepsky) currently with his foster in San Diego, California. He is a one of a kind sweet boy who loves playing with other dogs and brings a fun, happy energy wherever he goes. During his time at the shelter, Yippee quickly became the favorite among volunteers because of his affectionate personality, playful spirit, and the way he always sought attention and connection from people. Even in a stressful environment, he remained loving, social, and eager to interact with everyone he met. Like many young dogs, Yippee is still learning basic manners and will benefit from continued training, structure, and consistency. He is smart, eager to learn, and very treat-motivated, which makes him highly trainable and excited to engage with his people. Yippee deserves a forever home where he can continue growing, feel safe and loved, and finally have a place he can truly call his own.

Story
Little Luna is about 5 months old, she is very loving and energetic. She is potty trained with pee mats but every now n then she will pee very near but off the mat. She sleeps throughout the night and doesn't make noise or whine. She also goes out every morning to do her business before being let back in the house. I really dont want to rehome her but I started working full time/overtime and my family can't handle her and the other two pups as well. I want to make sure she goes to a loving home with a family who will care for her. She has all of her shots.

Story
Meet Cooper ❤️ 3-year-old Husky/Shepherd Mix Cooper is the kind of dog who steals your heart the moment you meet him. His striking blue eye, goofy smile, and gentle spirit are unforgettable—but it’s his sweet personality that truly shines. Cooper absolutely loves playing fetch, especially if there’s a tennis ball involved! He’s smart, affectionate, eager to please, and happiest when he’s spending time with his people. Sadly, Cooper didn’t always have the life he deserved. His previous owner admitted Cooper spent much of his life confined to a backyard before surrendering him to a crowded Southern California shelter because they “didn’t have time for him anymore.” With shelters overflowing after the Fourth of July, Cooper quickly found himself on the euthanasia list—not because of anything he had done, but simply because there wasn’t enough space. Thankfully, Concerned Citizens Animal Rescue stepped in just in time and gave him the second chance he deserved. Today Cooper is thriving in foster care and showing everyone what an incredible companion he truly is. He loves adventures, walks, playtime, and being included in family life. He’s the loyal best friend who’s always ready for the next game of fetch or a relaxing evening by your side. Cooper is: * 🐾 Approximately 3 years old * 🐾 Husky / Shepherd mix * 🐾 Neutered * 🐾 Vaccinated * 🐾 Microchipped * 🐾 Loves tennis balls and playing fetch * 🐾 Sweet, loyal, and affectionate We would love to find Cooper a family here in Southern California, but transport is available for the right home anywhere in the western United States. If you’re looking for a loyal best friend who has so much love left to give, Cooper has been waiting for you. Story
Adoption Fee is NOT $1 - Inquire after intial application. Wolfie knows when he is wearing a Leash: that means he is going out and is excited to get the leash on. Additional training wouldn’t hurt. He knows to pee outside. He has had some accidents when he was in the house for an extended time. He isn't crate trained. Never been in a crate, that I know of. Wolfie is a good dog indoors, he is house trained. He knows when to go out. But he would rather behave indoors so that he can stay indoors longer. Currently located in my home in Garden Grove, CA He has never bit anyone as far as I know. He can be left alone for approx. 6-8 hours a day. Slight separation anxiety: he gets sad when we don’t spend time with him. He wishes to spend more time with humans. I’ve had Wolfie since 2020 when I found him, at approx the age of 6. I found him in the middle of the street in 2020. A few days later I found his owner and tried to give him back but his owner did not want him back. Wolfie is the name his previous owner gave him. My kids also like to call him Money. His owner gave him up to us and included the leash. When Wolfie first came in to our home he was shy, sad, timid and often scared. When we held big objects like brooms around him Wolfie would run off, like in fear. So it took him a while to get used to that and being comfortable and feeling safe. Wolfie knows when he is in time trouble . Like when he empties out the trash sometimes. He puts his head down. I never intended to have Wolfie this long. I took him in hopes of finding him a new home. I considered taking him to a shelter at the time but a friend insisted those are not always no kill paces and offered to help look for a new home if I kept him in the meantime. But we had no luck. We tried many people and many places and no luck. I am not allowed to have large dogs where I am and definitely not where I am going to in my new place, a small one bedroom apartment.
