Because I have been diagnosed with cancer, I am no longer able to properly care for my dog, so I am hoping to find her a new home. She has a timid personality, but she is very loyal to her owner. During the time I have cared for her, she has never damaged furniture. She is fearful of strangers and unfamiliar dogs, and she is not friendly toward strangers or other pets. I hope her next owner will be a patient and loving person who can treat her with kindness and understanding.

She’s afraid of fireworks, sadly our neighbor is always setting canons off and horrifies her, so we keep her inside during the night. Petra is very smart, she listens to commands and just a sweet girl. I have a new baby and live in a studio apartment which is why Petra needs a new home with plenty of space.
