Sarang is an 11-year-old Shiba Inu who has been part of our family since she was a tiny puppy. She’s a black and tan sweetheart with a calm spirit and gentle heart. She’s affectionate, loyal, and loves simply being close to her people. She doesn’t need much, only love, companionship, and a peaceful environment where she feels safe. Sarang is happiest when she has company during the day. She can feel anxious when left alone for long hours, so she would do best with someone who works from home, is retired, or enjoys having a loyal companion by their side. She loves calm walks, quiet moments, and a small yard or cozy outdoor space would make her very happy. I work long shifts and my father’s recent stroke has placed new responsibilities on our family. As heartbreaking as it is, I want what is best for her... a loving home where she can feel safe, cared for, and surrounded by love every day. Sarang has given us so much joy, and she deserves a peaceful, happy life in her senior years.

Meet Potato! She is only 8 months, which we expect her to be larger after fully grown up. Potato has playful energy. She plays actively with other doggie friends and loves tug play. Potato is very cautious about people and needs some time to get comfortable to new environment. She doesn’t like touch of people much. She doesn't show any aggressive behaviours though. She doesn’t bark unnecessarily unless he is frightened. She is gentle girl. Potato likes to rest and spend her time on her own. But she doesn’t like being left alone. Especially she doens’t like to be in the cannel. Potato is ok with bathing and good with gromming. She has good walking manner. She is well pee-pad trained at home. But She can make mistakes at first time. This lovely girl is waiting for her forever family. Plz give her a chance to be your family member. Undergoing treatment twice a week. * Has periodontitis and his gums are itchy. Must receive consistent tooth brushing. 2⃣ Rescue Story * Pogeun had stayed at the Gimje City Shelter for a long time. He has a mild and friendly nature with other dogs. Sadly, a severe disc injury led to emergency surgery for hind limb paralysis. He bravely underwent surgery and is undergoing physical rehabilitation. 3⃣ Basic Information * With People: Is initially shy but becomes incredibly affectionate if you give him enough time to greet. Loves people and enjoys being petted. * With Dogs: Is initially wary of new dogs, but gets along well with all his canine friends when given time. If other dogs disturb him while he’s resting, he may growl as a warning. * With Cats: Becomes excited when seeing cats and tries to chase them when their movement is quick. Therefore, careful management is required. * Separation Anxiety: Not confirmed as he resides communally at our center. Is fine staying with other the dogs. * Potty Training: Prefers outdoor potty. Occasionally makes pee mistakes indoors, especially when becoming excited and having his hind legs tense up, regardless of his will. Has a marking issue indoors and outdoors, so needs training. * Hygiene: Handles all aspects of grooming well, including baths, brushing, nail trimming, teeth cleaning, and ear cleaning. Does so well with the hair dryer that he sleeps through it without getting scared. * Walks: Loves and does well on walks but occasionally gets highly excited. Pulls on the leash when excited, but it isn’t severe and can be controlled. Can walk or even run without a support brace. * Car Sickness: Generally rides well in a car, though he may sometimes drool slightly. * Biting: Gives a warning with a growl when other dogs poke at him without manners, and bites them if they continue to bother him. * Barking: Tends to bark when hearing outside noise. * Like It: Loves humans the most. Like treats too. * Dislike It: ls scared of stick-like objects. Fears vacuum cleaners, and people or large objects suddenly moving or making big motions.

Health Condition * Neutered. * Microchipped. 2.) Rescue Story * Dooly was brought to the Gimje City Shelter as a young puppy without his mother, together with Doner and Ddochi at Adogs. When Adogs staff visited the shelter, the sight of the puppies wagging their tails touched their hearts — and adogs decided to rescue all of them together. 3.) Basic Information * With People: Is curious about people but still timid. Doesn’t approach first and may get startled if someone moves too suddenly, so it’s best to approach him gently. Sometimes, he gathers courage to come closer when treats are involved. * With Dogs: Gets along well with his Adogs friends. Is not overly playful — he prefers to relax quietly and watch the world around him. * With Cats: Hasn’t met any cats yet, so his reaction is unknown. * Separation Anxiety: Currently lives at our center, so it’s uncertain. May need gradual training once he starts living in a home environment. * Potty Training: Only goes potty outdoors at our center. * Walks: Trained at school and regularly walks with center volunteers. Does very well but can get scared easily, so using a double leash is recommended for safety. * Has never shown any biting behavior. * Rarely barks. * Loves treats! Will gladly come closer to take them gently from your hand. * Is still uncomfortable with physical touch and tends to avoid hands reaching toward him.
