Hi, This is Odin, a 3-year-old purebred Shiba Inu we brought from Japan. He has a Japanese pedigree certification. Odin has a cat-like personality—joyful, energetic, and independent. We raised Odin since he was 3 months old, surrounding him with so much love and care. This decision has been extremely difficult for us. However, we recently welcomed twin babies, and it has become challenging to meet Odin’s needs. He requires daily exercise and has strong food-protective behavior. As our babies grow and become more mobile, there is a risk they may approach his food or toys, which could lead to unsafe situations. Odin also experiences anxiety during moves. Due to my husband’s job, we must relocate frequently, sometimes internationally, and we feel this has been stressful for him. Our hope is to find a responsible, loving home that will care for Odin with the same love and dedication we have always given him, and keep him healthy and happy. Thank you for considering Odin.

We were heartbroken and confused to hear that she was said not to coexist well with another dog—after four years together. Despite this painful chapter, Ellong remains one of the most well-behaved and gentle dogs at the shelter. She carries no bitterness, only quiet hope. We truly wish for Ellong to find a real forever home this time—one that will stand by her, cherish her, and never abandon her again💛 • Personality: Affectionate, Gentle, Friendly Ellong is full of affection and loves people. She adapts quickly to new places. She shows little interest in other dogs and generally ignores them rather than engaging. She does not do well with cats and may attempt to chase them if she sees one. With children, she is tolerant and gentle. Even when a child touches her, she remains calm and still, showing no signs of aggression. 🚶 Walking & Daily Life Malgeum follows an outdoor-only potty routine and is fully accustomed to doing her business outside. Her overall demeanor is calm and self-contained.
