Since entering foster care, she has shown a calm, composed demeanor and has adjusted steadily to a quieter, more stable life. 🌿 Temperament & Behavior Malgeum is a quiet and independent dog who prefers to mind her own business. She shows little interest in other dogs and generally ignores them rather than engaging. She does not do well with cats and may attempt to chase them if she sees one. With children, she is tolerant and gentle. Even when a child touches her, she remains calm and still, showing no signs of aggression. 🚶 Walking & Daily Life Malgeum follows an outdoor-only potty routine and is fully accustomed to doing her business outside. Her overall demeanor is calm and self-contained. She is not demanding of attention and is comfortable spending time on her own. 🏡 Habits & Training Malgeum is well-adjusted to daily routines and does not exhibit problematic behaviors. ** Current Location: in a foster home in South Korea ** • Rescue Story : Meet Dong-yeop👋 Dong-yeop was wandering in the mountain and the neighborhood. He followed other dogs walking around. Some residents filed many complaints to fire stations, police stations and animal rescue organizations, but they all failed to rescue him, raising vigilance. In the meantime, He often appeared in front of the house of a resident and ate meat she was feeding him. Some residents who were interested in Dong-yeop's rescue in the neighborhood decided to work together to rescue the dog, set up a fence in front of the house, and succeeded in rescuing Dong-yeop who came in to eat. Since then, Dong-yeop has been living in a temporary foster home for months, where he had good care and love and learned lots of tricks. He has turned into an amazing dog who loves walking and playing with toys! He is now more than ready to find his own forever home! • Personality: Shy, Smart, Curious • Affinity with -Cats: He tends to chase street cats but is not very interested in indoor family cats.  -Dogs: Great with other dogs. He also relies on the resident dog in his foster home.  -Adults/Kids: Shy around new faces / not much interest in kids • Shedding: 5-6 (1-10 scale) • Food Allergies/Picky Eater: No food allergies. While he loves meat very much, he doesn't eat vegetables or fruits. • Walking Manners: Still in training but improved a lot on leash walking! Basic Information * With People: Is curious about people but doesn’t approach first due to his timidity. May get startled if someone moves too suddenly, so it’s best to approach him gently. Is not overly playful — prefers to relax quietly and watch the world around him. * With Cats: Hasn’t met any cats yet, so his reaction is unknown. * Separation Anxiety: Currently lives at our center, so it’s uncertain. Adogs stepped in and rescued her. 3.) Basic Information * With People: Is still not fully comfortable with human touch. Tends to bark at unfamiliar people and avoid being petted. It would be better to give her time to adjust at her own pace. * With Dogs: Gets along well with other dogs at our center without any issues. * Separation Anxiety: Since she has never been alone, her reaction to being alone is unknown. * Potty Training: Does only pottying outdoors at our center. 📌 Important Adoption Information All of our dogs are currently living in private shelters or foster homes in South Korea. Once an adoption is approved, dogs will travel to the United States through legal and approved international transport procedures. Video calls are available prior to adoption, and adopters can communicate with our rescue team in real time through our official organization and app-based messaging channels throughout the process. • Rescue Story : There was a stray dog that wandered around the private shelter in South Korea for years. One day, she gave birth to a litter of several puppies, and sadly she lost most of her babies during labor as well as her own life. Milo was the only puppy who lived then and became a testament to the hope that can be found in an awful situation. He has been taken care of at the shelter since, looking for a loving forever home where he can grow and thrive. • Personality: Friendly, Active, Playful Milo is such a lovable pup who likes to play with people and doggos! He would be a great fit in a family that enjoys outdoor activities! • Affinity - With Cats: Not tested - With Dogs: Gets along with other dogs except for aggressive ones. - With Adults/Kids: Super sweet around people including men / not tested for kids • Walking Manner: In training. • Housetrained: He would use the bathroom outdoors if adopted. • Shedding: 5-7 • Food Allergies: No allergies found so far • Bath/Brushing: Tolerates both. • Separation Anxiety: None. • Bark or Howl: He doesn't bark unless he is left in a confined space. • Carsickness: Not experienced • Likes & Dislikes: He loves toys, treats, and people! / Not a fan of aggressive dogs. • Health: a healthy boy! 💙 Adoption Fee Information The adoption fee already includes all major expenses, such as: International transportation, Customs and export documentation, Medical care (spay surgery, vaccinations, health certificate, deworming, etc.) For this reason, we kindly ask that you refrain from requesting a breakdown or negotiation of the adoption fee.
