Story
PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE BIO. AN APPLICATION IS REQUIRED FIRST, NO EXCEPTIONS Hi everyone! My name is Kochi. I’m a little Shih Tzu and I’m about 2 years old. I am a quiet, mellow little guy, and I get along with other dogs, but I am scared when they try to play. I get nervous with new people in new situations and sometimes can lash out. I am in training now and will need someone who is going to continue to work with me so that I can keep gaining confidence. I must have an experienced adopter because my cuteness can fool someone who isn’t familiar with body language. Training will be required for anyone who adopts me. The groomer said I was a sweetheart and she even gave me treats for being a good boy, but I didn’t do so well at the vet. My foster mom says we are still working on it. I would love to just hang out with you and need walks to explore new things. I am very sweet and love being near you, so I will follow you around everywhere and want to be on your lap when you sit down. Once I trust someone, I do much better. My adoption fee is $450, which includes an adoption kit from Petsmart with coupons for all the stuff you want to buy me and spoil me with. I am up-to-date on vaccines, heartworm, preventative, neutered, and microchipped. Please send an email to petadopt@hotmail.com to get an application for me. Can’t wait to meet you!

Hannah and Nelle Bonded pair of girls available for adoption www.VIPRescue.org Hannah 10 years - 11.5 lbs Nelle 8 years - 10.5 lbs ******Please make sure to read the entire bio of the pet you’re interested in before applying to adopt to make sure you meet the pet's needs. PLEASE NOTE: LOOK OVER YOUR APPLICATION BEFORE HITTING SUBMIT, AS INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL BE IMMEDIATELY CLOSED. Breed: Hannah ShihTzu mix and Nelle - Terrier mix Age: Hannah 10 yr - Nelle 8 yr Sex: Female Weight: Hannah 11.5 lbs and Nelle - 10.5 lbs. Color: Hannah - Blonde and Nelle - Black DOGS: Yes they get along with similar sized pups, **Need to be the only 2 pets in the home Kids: Respectful 10+ with dog experience Fenced yard: RECCOMMEDNED Need a single family home, sorry no apartments or condos. A several weeks ago we told about 2 sweet girls who were abandoned by their family and left behind when their “humans” moved out of their home and just left them there to fend for themselves. We also told you that they needed to decompress, go to the “dog”tor, and just chill out for a few days. “Miss”Hannah is a 10 year old 11.5 lb Maltese mix gal, while “Miss” Nelle, is an 8 yr old 10.5lb. terrier mix. Both of these sweeties have been through a lot recently, and are now in search of a loving “fur”ever home together. Yes, together, because these girls are totally bonded. They both had a delightful bubble bath, groomed, as they were infested with fleas and very matted, then had some playtime and then off to the “dog”tor for their spay, dentals ( poor Hannah had 11 teeth extracted 😞) and brought up to date with their vaccines. It was also discovered that Hannah had an ear infection, and a small hernia which was taken care of during her spay. With all that behind them now, they are looking for their new family where they would be the only pups in the house. Are you an empty nester? maybe retired? maybe work from home? Adult only home? Are you active and would love to play with them in the yard, and will take them on walks? Do you have the love and patience to offer these two a great home? They have a bit of separation anxiety, and are working real hard on house training, and doing great! They’re in a loving foster home that is teaching them all the good things life has to offer. They love going out into the fenced yard to soak up some sun and play a bit. They also follow their foster mom everywhere! As we said, both girls are now spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, had dentals, and are on their heartworm and flea prevention. So, if you’re up for cuddles, and can offer these girls a safe and secure home, exercise them (fenced yard preferred, but not necessary as long as you go on several daily walks with them) then you just might be what they’re looking for! Need a single family home, sorry no apartments or condos. Please visit www.viprescue.org to fill out an adoption application. Adoption Requirements: You must be a Florida resident, and be at least 25 years of age to adopt. To qualify for adoption, all of the pets in your home must be spayed or neutered, be current on all vaccines, preventatives, and have received consistent veterinary care. If you’ve had more than one Vet in the past 3 years, please provide all the names and number for each vet. This breed typically lives 15-18 years, so please keep that lifespan in mind, as your age should be appropriate for the pets estimated lifespan. All of us at VIP Rescue are Volunteers, with families, jobs and pets of our own, so please be kind and patient. We select the most fitting application for the dog, not necessarily the timeliest adoption application. Please make sure to read the entire bio of the pet you’re interested in before applying to adopt to make sure you meet the pets needs. Thank you for thinking rescue. www.viprescue.org

If the question is not answered in the bio please send emails to   info@HeidisLegacyDogRescue.com MEET VIOLET & FIONA — A BONDED PAIR WITH DOUBLE THE LOVE! Some things are simply better together… and Violet & Fiona are definitely a package deal. These adorable Shih Tzu girls are best friends, playmates, cuddle buddies, and each other’s little security blankets. Violet is the social butterfly of the duo — cheerful, playful, and always ready for some fun. She loves squeaky toys, wrestling with Fiona, and getting attention from her people. She can be a little opinionated when meeting unfamiliar dogs on leash (apparently she has standards ), but with patience and proper introductions, she settles in nicely. Fiona is the smaller, softer soul. She’s a little more cautious at first and looks to Violet for confidence and reassurance. Give her a little time to feel safe, though, and out comes an incredibly sweet, affectionate little cuddlebug. She loves her people, loves her routines, and REALLY loves her Violet. These two spend their days playing, wrestling, snuggling, and simply enjoying life together. They’re well-mannered girls who thrive with consistency and routine. ‍♀️ One funny little quirk: these ladies prefer to handle their potty business while out on walks rather than simply heading into the yard. They clearly believe a bathroom break should include a proper outing. Fiona may also have occasional urinary accidents, so she’ll need a family willing to give her frequent potty opportunities and a little patience while she adjusts. What they’re looking for most is a home where they can stay together and be loved for exactly who they are. With Violet bringing the confidence and fun and Fiona bringing the gentle sweetness, these two complement each other beautifully. ❤️ Two little dogs. Two very different personalities. One very special bond. Violet & Fiona are ready to find their forever family — together. Story
Hello! My name is Mailov. I'm an adorable little Shih Tzu puppy of around 7 months of age and weighing in at around 7-8 Ibs. I am just the cutest little boy, I am still quite shy and am looking for someone who can help me become more confident. I was rescued from an uncaring breeder and am so ready to find my forever family who can treat me as their own and give me lots of love and affection! I get along really well with other dogs, so would love to have a fur sibling! My adoption fee includes up to date vaccines, up to date deworming, current grooming, microchip, and already neutered. It is a very fair ask, enough to know someone is serious about him and little enough that they’d be getting a great breed for very little.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Meet Teddy & Bear Sugar and Spice and everything nice. These adorable 1-year-old Shih Tzu mixes are a bonded pair looking for a forever home together. Teddy and Bear share a special connection and truly thrive when they’re side by side — playing, cuddling, and exploring the world together.   Bear is sugar, sweet as can be. Teddy is spice, playful and inquisitive. Bear does have a cherry eye, and surgery to correct it will be included as part of his adoption package. ❤️ Once healed, he’ll be feeling his very best!   Both boys love running around the yard, chasing each other, and playing fetch with their toys. They’re big fans of chew bones and will happily entertain themselves — but their absolute favorite place to be is in your arms soaking up cuddles.   They can be shy and a bit skittish at first, but they’re improving every single day. Teddy seems to be just a little more outgoing, while Bear follows his lead. With patience and love, they continue to blossom into the sweetest little companions.   They’re pee pad trained and working on house training. They’re very gentle, love giving kisses, and they would do well with kind, respectful children.   If you’re ready to open your heart and home to double the love, Teddy and Bear are ready to meet you.  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.October 31, 2026, 9:56 pm
