She’ll need a patient, experienced adopter who can respect her boundaries and help her feel safe while she learns to trust more. She does well with other dogs, but we’re recommending a home without kids due to her sass and attitude. Aerie is about 2 years old and weighs 10 pounds. She may be a little diva, but in the right home she’s going to be someone’s very special girl.

Meet Willow! She is a sweet 15 year old shih tzu mix lady. Don't let her age fool you, she has a lot of sassy and spunk. Willow does great with other dogs, loves her people, but is a little leery of quick movements, so kids 12 and up would be best. Cats are unknown, but we don't anticipate any issues. She is house/kennel trained and is a perfect work from home supervisor and TV binge watching partner. Senior dogs, at our discretion, are adopted out at $150 per dog because we know they will have less time with your family and may eventually have more needs as they get older. But we feel these dogs deserve to live out the rest of their lives as part of a loving family.
